Received my second order- no idea what any of the previous negative reviews are about...? Very strange. Don't be put off by them. Much better customer service here than any other health-related website, on a par with Ainsworths, who like T&H allow you to call up or call in.

The shop selection is excellent, the order is full and even had a very thoughtful addition included tailored to what i was buying. Even got an email through with a recipe just as I was deliberating dinner which I used. Great stuff. Wish I'd found this shop sooner.

Great selection of products - specifically Quicksilver Pure PC which has been hard to find- fast next day delivery and great customer service 😊 Great shopping experience!

Always deliver quickly. I had an issue with delivery ( Royal Mail) and within 24hours Tumeric and Honey sorted it and I had my product re delivered. Highly recommend!!

And on my last order, I accidentally made a mistake with my shipping address, and customer support was very quick and accomodating to help me. So, they really deserve the best rating possible.

I placed an order and did not receive it. Over a month ago. I have tried to contact them via email and messager but no reply. Missed orders happen but I am just not getting any reply back. I would not recommend using them at all.

This company sold back dates batches and unsafe product for children. They admitted the mistake but after that there was no response, no resolution and no accountability.
When it comes to children’s safety, this level of negligence and lack of follow up is unacceptable. I would strongly advise other parents to be cautious.
Even i didn't ask for money refunded, they did it by their own wish..really strange

I ordered on 22nd November, had dispatch confirmation on 24th November, but never received anything. Chased on 1st December, and again on 2nd etc., was told it has been dispatched and I'd receive more information, but since then I've heard nothing. Tried ringing but just got a recorded message saying their phone lines were closed due to how busy they were. I never received details (despite multiple requests) of who it was sent via, so couldn't track with delivery company. I've raised a chargeback request via my payment card, as at present I've paid for goods I've not received, and am getting nowhere with Turmeric & Honey. Disappointing as they looked like a good business; if I was in London I'd go into the shop to find out what's going on but that's not feasible. Do not recommend - wish I'd read Trust Pilot before ordering. Lesson learnt.

Well, after a lot of tooing and froing and finally finally letting me know my product was out of stock after not being able to get though on phone etc they refunded me. They also said that if it came back into stock they would send my order to me free! So sorry to write bad reviews but when communication is just not happening it leads to frustration, but at least they did the right thing in the end and refunded my money to me which I am grateful for.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered on 23rd November 2025 and they kept promising to arrange delivery. They sent me an ups tracking number and all it tells me is UPS are still waiting to receive the order. No response to my emails at all and no customer service support. They basically took my money and never sent anything. They are a bunch of scammers and the business should be shut down for fraud. SCAM company.

I placed order TH40228 a fortnight ago and have had neither any updates or responses to my questions. Very disappointing and concerning. I'm going to have to spend more money to get the products elsewhere and be out of pocket until they (hopefully) refund me. If it's simply an issue with shipping times and they had just contacted me to let me know I should expect a delay, I would be understanding. But when running a business, no matter the size, poor customer service will always reflect poorly.

I have ordered vitamins from this company and regretted. Just terrible service! Have not received any update regarding my click and collect order. Canceled my order but haven’t received confirmation email. Avoid this company

Happy to share, that my experience was great. As it normal - that after reading negative reviews was worried to place and order, but I did, as no other shop had all 4 homeopathic medicine in one place, and it was great, arrived within 5 days of placing an order, no issues at all! Would definetely rccommend

Very good experience. Nice website where I can find my favorite jams at a very good price. Quick delivery and very well packed.

Placed an order for a few items that they claimed were in stock.
Then received a follow up email telling me as these items were out of stock did I want to wait or cancel the order. I asked how long would I have to wait. Reply was we dont know, I therefore asked them to cancel the order and refund. No refund so 6 days later sent them another email. I was told they would refund soon. Still nothing. This order was over £100 so I would suggest stay clear on these guys!

I used to buy many things from them and shipped in Sweden. They were very good till my last order where one product was missing from the parcel however I was charged for that. I called them to report the missing product and received an email that Monday I will get more details as they will ship it separately. It’s been almost three weeks now, no updates to that, I keep calling them and they said someone will call me back- which never happened till now and I have sent them 3 emails but there is no response.
Completely disappointed.

I received a confirmation that my order is on its way on 28th Oct 2025. It is now the 19th of December and I have had no further communications from them and no order received.

Emails to them bounced back. Phone number on their website does not work. Totally unacceptable.

Reading other reviews here this is a common experience.

I would like a full refund issued promptly.

Failing a prompt refund I will report this company for clear violation of the 2015 Consumer Rights Act. I will also then doggedly pursue all legal means to prevent this company from causing further harm, to anyone.

At this stage it is unclear whether this is gross incompetance (over a suspiciously long period of time judging by other reviews) or willful scamming. Either way it is time to hold the people behind this to account.

UPDATE: I received a call from T&H; a professional and pleasent manner. They emailed me a photo showing an area outside the property where the package was apparently delivered.

This is not a secure area and the video doorbell does not show an attempted delivery. Nor did I have any delivery notifications etc.

Nonetheless, this photo leads me to believe this is not a deliberate scam, just a botched delivery attempt and impressive tech issues.

I am not the only customer reporting their phone number not working and emails bouncing back. This remains hard to reconcile.

They have promised a full refund and to resend the items, apparently arriving this Friday.

I hope to be in a position to change this review to the positive.

UPDATE: Full refund received and replacement package received!

Very glad to say this business appears to be thoroughly genuine and thankfully sounds like they are on the road to fixing their communication tech issues. They have more than set things right for me; changed from 1 star to 4 star review.

Great service.

I was reluctant to place an order because of the negative reviews, but the competitive price convinced me. I was not disappointed.
I received initial confirmation emails. Having then not heard anything for 4 days I followed up with an email. I got a reply within a few hours (on a Friday evening which was impressive!) with the tracking number and the item arrived the next day anyway. Postage was free and the order was received in 5 days, which was fine for me as it wasn't urgent.
