We had our house reglazed, it was a fairly big job. The products and after sales are fantastic, but I must especially mention John and Glen the fitters. They are two absolute gentlemen, who are capable trustworthy and friendly and are easy to have in your house. Their work is skillfully carried out and they are neat and tidy and try to minimise disruption.

We are simply delighted with the finished product - a fabulous conservatory from which we can now see the sky and all around, thanks to the blue glass and excellent workmanship. Tim, Colin, Nigel and the fitters were all excellent in every way. Every question honestly answered, and every appointment kept (and we are in Dublin!). The fitters were so quick and professional- even through the rain! There was absolutely no mess left and then we were delighted with the visit from the professional cleaners a day or 2 later. I cannot praise this company enough. We are very happy to recommend them.

Turkingtons have been amazing to work with from the very start to finish. When we initially enquired we met with Colin in Portadown and he explained everything in detail and continually kept us up to date at each stage. Nigel from Portadown came out to measure up and advised us in great detail. The builder and fitters were both professional and helpful, their workmanship was 100% and there was minimum upset as work was being carried out. Even when I decided to go off plan and put extra detail in it was never a problem and everyone showed great patience. At the finish the sunroom was professionally cleaned with us just having to move into it.
Thank you everyone, very satisfied customers and we have had a very positive experience throughout.

The salesman Tim was very good at the showroom in Portadown and explained all the different styles of conservatories. He then came to the house and helped us develop a couple of designs. We then signed up and Nigel came and finalised the design. The various trades and Turkington people came and were very professional. Turkington have built a beautiful conservatory with no issues or problems. Excellent Job

The home visit by Andrew was very thorough with no hard sell. He made good suggestions with design and style.
Fitters arrived on scheduled date and were very pleasant. Quality of the work was good.
There was an issue with the patio doors which unfortunately took a few weeks and phone calls to resolve. We had another issue arise recently and someone was out the following day.
For such a large purchase, I'd only be happy using a company like Turkingtons.

The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable, he understood exactly what we were looking for. The engineer who came to our house and measured up was fast and efficient. When it came to the actual fitting the fitters arrived on time and were fast friendly and their work was clean. It was a pleasure to have this company working on our home.

From the moment David McComb (the salesman) arrived to the moment the window fitters left on the last day the whole experience was fantastic. I cannot fault Turkingtons, they were brilliant. There was no hard sell from David. He took the time to explain everything to us without any pressure. The double glazed wood effect sash windows are really difficult to tell apart from the real thing the quality is so good. We live in a conservation in the middle of a town. The number of people who have stopped when I am working in the garden to comment on how good the windows look is really high.

Window replacement is a big ticket purchase for most people, I would have no hesitation about recommending Turkingtons to do the job and the best about it was - they were VERY competitive on cost.

Very professional company even when one of their workers was unwell and couldnt come they sorted out next day to get windows fitted, great price for outstanding windows, the team that came was very good and big thanks to everyone involved

From my first call to Brian in Turkintons, I got a friendly professional service. They got my problem and came up with solution suggestions straight away. I then spoke to Philip and David who finalized details and scheduled the work to suit. Chris came to measure up, and yesterday Ross and Chris installed my new window. They left my home in perfect condition. The window quality is first class. A huge thank you to you all.

Excellent service, punctual and very clean workers

Having liaised with a number of local companies we decided on Turkingtons for a number of reasons. 1. Informative and honest information. 2. No pressure sales. Two operatives installed the frames and I having worked in construction for many years couldnt fault their work, neat, tidy, complete. There were unfortunately for some reason a number of small damaged areas on the "foil" and a few glass panes with visible damage. This is where I believe Turkington's outperform competitors - that damage was expertly repaired, cannot detect where it was now - and the glass units replaced. No issues, no having to repeatedly phone - one call and it was resolved.!

We have used Turkington’s several times and will continue to do so following the replacement of our conservatory roof. We received excellent advice and service throughout all aspects of the job; including sales, survey, installation and administration. This, along with the use of quality materials is why we keep going back to Turkington’s.

The whole process was easy and painless. From getting a quote to having the work completed was excellent. The staff were courteous and professional and we were really impressed with the final product. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Turkington Windows and Conservatories. Great job

When I first went in to order the front and back door the sales team were extremely helpful and gave good advice on what to choose and even when I changed the design twice they were still very helpful and didn’t seem to get impatient with me. They were very efficient and sent the quotes and new designs out promptly each time . After placing the order the installation date was given and true to their word that date was honoured. The installation of the doors was done extremely efficiently and with absolute minimum of mess which was cleared up before he left . I love the doors and several people have commented on them . I have absolute confidence in recommending Turkingtons to anyone considering doors .

They made a great job of replacing our terrible old timber patio doors and windows. We got good advice and the fitting was quick and clean. We've had the doors 6 years now and they perform perfectly. The windows went in last November are are perfect. Thank you Turkington's for doing everything so well.
