Absolutely horrendous. Please do not buy a motorised blind from this company. App constantly crashing and doesn't work.
The blind worked really well until…
The blind worked really well until around the end of last year. I don’t know what’s happened since then but the app has become almost unusable. It started when I couldn’t change the timer on my scenes as the evenings got darker earlier. Now the app barely works. It logs me out and then won’t let me log back in and most of the time the app just won’t open citing connection issues when there are none. It’s deeply frustrating that they can’t connect to Alexa and equally frustrating that you can’t just programme them to open and close at sunrise and sunset. Potentially a really good product let down by a shoddy app and lack of features.

The worst blinds ever created - do not buy. I do not know how this company is still in existence based on our experience, truly truly awful product
Blinds keep rolling down by itself
Blinds keep rolling down by itself, automatic limit setting doesnt work and keeps rolling once it hits the limit, unable to halt the limit so you end up grabbing the blind to stop it creasing. Manual limit setting stops working and you have to delete and reset the blind several times a week. Awful cheap app.

Very disappointed blinds work great…
Very disappointed blinds work great with remote but if you have more than one blind you have to remember the blind number as it's only a number on the remote. Ok there's the app this drove me insane constantly no pairing so creating scenes the to be told cannot connect is a problem and forget about connecting to alexa or Google I was told by tuiss this is not possible I wish I invested in a better brand.

The blinds are great, automation is terrible
The blinds are great, and I do mean great. The remote control is good too. Note that you a remote for each room as they work off Bluetooth.
However, the automation is terrible. It’s not wifi, it’s Bluetooth. Therefore you have to be near the blind to operate it from your phone. Go out of the room and your knackered. You’re better off buying the remote to control them. In addition, they’re not compatible with any smart speaker as they don’t sit on your network.
I set up ‘scenes’. They’re not scenes. You can‘t program ‘open at dawn’ and ‘close at dusk’. You need to set a time. It’s 2024 for goodness sake! Basic!
Sorry. Really disappointed with the app and automation.
However, as I said, quality of blinds and service is great. Remote control is good too. I was impressed that everything comes paired with the remotes so you do actually just charge them and put them up.
If you don’t want automation. Go for it.
Roller blind - Deleted schedule issue
Deleted schedule for roller blinds after coming back from Holiday and the blinds still go up every morning, waking us up...even on a weekend

Zit al vele weken te wachten op mijn bestelling, krijg geen antwoord op wanneer ik ooit iets kan verwachten (stond 6-10 dagen voor is nu al 28 dagen verder) kan mijn geld niet terugkrijgen omdat het op maat gemaakt is. Ga nu de Consumentenbond inschakelen
Great quality curtains & easy to install
I’m a novice blind installer and these Tuiss curtains are fabulous. Laid out the curtain rods on the floor, spaced the brackets, drilled the halls, screwed in the brackets and hung the sheers then the blockout curtains. Painstaking and simple. We couldn’t be happier with this product.

Please stay away from this company. No human compassion or even a smidge of human decency. All made overseas, poor workmanship no customer service. They want your money and that's it. PLEASE avoid this company I WISH I HAD after spending $800 on curtains that will be binned.

Wat een enorm slecht bedrijf. Ondanks telefonisch info met betrekking tot order worden onze rolgordijnen te smal geleverd. Reden van ons telefoontje of de maat door ons opgegeven in of ex de bevestiging was. Mogelijk een misverstand. Je belt met de klantenservice : zij maken geen fouten. Mail gestuurd. Duidelijk uiteengezet wat er fout is gegaan. De mail met foto’s , maat lat en alle overige gegevens toegestuurd. Sorry: Mijn vrouw moest een video filmpje van mij maken en duidelijk laten zien hoe we meten. Ik word nog boos. KOOP ELDERS EN VERMIJD DEZE FIRMA. Daarbij boeken ze Visa al meteen af terwijl vele dagen later pas je bestelling komt.
EEN ster is nog teveel. Advies. Laat de mevrouw van klantenservice een cursus volgen van begrijpend lezen

Dit bedrijf gelooft in haar eigen leugens. Na een bestelling te hebben gedaan duurde het erg lang voordat we iets hoorde. Uiteindelijk gebeld en werd ons verteld dat de bestelling op een verkeerd adres is afgeleverd. Of we opnieuw wilden bestellen... dit maar gedaan. Enkele weken later opnieuw maar weer gebeld. Nu was het pakket zoek geraakt bij de post. Nu 4 weken geleden gevraagd om de bestelling te annuleren en het gels terug te storten.... u raad het al! Niets meer gehoord
