Mr Hannah Bhatti made time to speak to me on the phone the day before the case and made me feel comfortable, I appreciated that. Very important.

There were issues with the court listed for the case. My case had to be moved to another building, with out warning. Leaving me setting outside the wrong court in the wrong building.

Between the staff at Tucker Solicitors in Manchester and Hannah, who travelled to Leeds I was given directions to the building where my case was listed for trial.
Had I not been at the right building, at the right time. A warrant would have issued.
However Hannah met me in the right building and did a good job in court.

We have had fantastic experience with Tuckers, particularly with one of their senior partners, Mr Atkins - in a very complex matter over many months. I found them to be always helpful, prompt, polite, very knowledgeable and professional. We are most grateful for the help we received.

Would definitely not recommend this company! Very serious charges, fee agreed up front, employed from April through to September. Lackadasical approach generally re communication, case management & professionalism. Decided to change solicitors 9 months prior to court date & requested a refund from Tuckers of unused fees. We were told that all the funds had been spent! What were they going to use had we stayed with them? Following our complaint they said they had investigated internally and found no evidence to back up our claim. They would say that wouldn't they! Complaint passed to the Ombudsman.

From the start I felt they had my back. I was kept informed up until my day in court. I had an extremely competent woman to represent me on the day. Hannah Batthi. She put me at ease immediately with her calm and professional manner. Indeed, once I was in court for a driving offence she got me an amazing result. I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. Had my case for 17 months and had 5 hearings due to being unprepared .On trial day they were viewing evidence for the first time that was not requested from the other party in prep for the case .Failed to give any directions. The manager was taking statements like an assistant because my solicitor was so flustered, incompetent and unprepared . She had my witnesses write their own statements !! incredulous. then when a deserved complaint was made they could not even adhere o their own complaints procedure . Dreadful company that sent me from one solicitor to another ,I was never even sure who was handling my case .reported to the legal Ombudsman. The worst solicitor in Manchester. there own biased compliance manager admitted there "short comings", an eloquent way of saying their complete and utter failures throughout the whole process. Avoid these incompetents at all cost ,they are a hazzard to any legal procedure . They are the equivalent to building cowboys. 0/10

Please don't fall for fake reviews they are known to work with police to get people heavy sentences and yesterday they refused me as a client in court left me sitting in court all day long, avoid these set up merchants

I contacted Tucker Solicitors regarding urgent housing legal aid. During a phone call on 11/03/2026, a female staff member informed me they do not cover housing, despite their listing on the Law Society website suggesting they do. When I suggested updating this information, the call was abruptly ended. I found this interaction unprofessional and dismissive. I hope the firm addresses this and updates their public information accurately.

Manchester branch especially Rebecca Strong seriously failed a young boy by failing to pass on information that could of prevented a young boy tyrique jemaa taking his own life. If currently using this firm id make sure you are on top of your case incase they are not passing on information about your case

Solicitor turned up with five minutes to spare before we were due in court. She wouldn’t apologise. She didn’t bother to talk to me but stormed out when I asked why she was so late. I’m suffering from PTSD. I’m now without a solicitor. This is shockingly appalling. Do not use them. It’s awful. I’m so anxious now. I’m having a panic attack

Was represented by Chris Maynard and my barrister Tetevi Davi and I would honestly recommend to anyone Thats in a pickle and needs help. To start with faultless communication from the start of the process to the end and my representation in court I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The result was the cherry on top of everything especially when was expecting to come out of this situation with a conviction and left court a free man.

Called 2 days on the row spoke to two females on the phone, they took my details and promised i would get a call back but didnt, when i called again they claim no one spoke to me or know about my issue.

Felt like a lair and they wasted my time after taking very sensitive information.

Also they website claim they help with human rights and probation voilations thats not true.

“If there were an award for ‘Most Needlessly Complicated Parking Company,’ Euro Car Parks would win it every year — probably by accident, then send you a PCN for attending the ceremony.

I paid TWO parking charges, like a responsible human being… only to find out later that both were already cancelled. That’s right — cancelled. Gone. Poof.
Did they tell me before taking the money?
Of course not. That would involve communication, and Euro Car Parks communicates with customers about as effectively as a brick with a stamp on it.

Trying to contact them is like trying to shout across a canyon during a hurricane. Their email bounced harder than a toddler on a sugar rush. Their website is designed to funnel you into doing exactly what THEY want — not what you need. If Kafka ever designed a car park, this would be it.

I’m now chasing refunds for tickets that shouldn’t have been paid in the first place, and honestly, I’ve had more straightforward conversations with vending machines that ate my money.

For a British company, they’ve truly mastered the art of making British people feel like they’re being mugged politely.

If you enjoy stress, confusion, and shouting ‘WHY?’ at your phone at 2am, give Euro Car Parks a go.
