WARNING! DO NOT BUY! The sizing is completely inaccurate in every way. Nothing fits the way it should. It is also not even close to linen. I don’t even know how they’re advertising these as linen sets. ALSO, while I’m fine paying return shipping fees, they should also stipulate that shipping is back to China so you’re also responsible for any customs fees and they’re not liable if items get lost in customs. I don’t think I ever imagined TrueForm MIAMI would not be in Florida. I’ve never had a worse buying experience and warn all consumers away from this site!

BUYER BEWARE! My overall shopping experience is a zero. It appears their website is a sham designed to deceive shoppers. The clothes are very poor quality in construction and material. Shipping took almost 1 month. The return procedure is misrepresented. I was offered partial refund and have to mail the items to China on my own expense. It felt like I’ve been scammed! I disputed the charge with my Chase card and luckily was credited the full amount.

Never received my order and company never try to make things right saying my package was delivered but I never received them. Then I went on google to research their company and I seen nothing but negative reviews on this fraudulent company. Don’t order anything from this company you’ll waste your money and regret it

Found through Instagram. Arrived weeks later & SUPER disappointed. All clothing cheaply made. Their website is misleading. Comes from China. Don’t order from this site.

Terrible! Nothing arrived as described or pictured. The Linen set ended up being 95% polyester - everything was!

I bought a pack of T-shirts and the fit is terrible. I want to return but even though their "company" is in the US you must send them back to China! Avoid them, and dispute with credit card company to get a refund.

I ordered three dresses on sale. It took a little more than three weeks for delivery. The dresses were the cheapest quality I have ever bought. Arm holes and necklines have bias tape rather than a facing. The material is cheap and there are no tags for fiber content or washing instructions. I’m not sure thats even legal. One dress looks like medical scrubs in dress form. One dress I’m going to remake and use for a swimsuit cover up, one I will keep as a house dress to slip on in the evening when I’m not going anywhere and the third (the scrubs) is going directly to Goodwill. This company is a complete scam.

The shirts, the dress "muscle shirts" are actually really nice and as advertised in the ad i seen on facebook. They are perfect for the casino security work i do. That being said, took forever to arrive because came from China. I wont buy from this store again because of that. Sizing was pretty good too. I ordered 2 large shirts and a medium one. Im just under 6 foot and 200 pounds. Large will be fine if ur around this size but I wish I went with XL personally but the shirts def expand for comfort so its all good. The medium size is useless to me and I knew that going in was a possibility but wasnt sure how these shirts were going to fit.

I made a mistake and submitted an order (54995) for three black t-shirts at 11:36AM on 01/02/2026. When I realized my error, I consulted the website regarding order cancellations. It very specifically addresses cancellation as a policy on the website: trueformwear.com (see refunds-returns-policy under "Cancelations"). At 11:52AM (16 minutes later) I emailed the customer support address to cancel my order and specifically referenced the policy (they can only be requested within 12 hours of the order) which I followed. My request to CANCEL was not acknowledged until two (2) days later on 01/04/2026! By then, the t-shirts had been shipped.

When I complained and cited the company's own cancellation policy, I was offered a 20% refund or return the t-shirts to China at my own expense! I elected to accept the 20% refund because returning the items to China would have exceeded the cost of the original order.

If I had not complied with the company's own policy, I would have happily accepted that I made the error and the financial costs that was associated with it. But I did what was clearly stated in their policy, I contacted them exactly as stated and requested a cancellation. It was ignored and the company profited from it (ignoring their own policy).

Gave me the wrong order 1.5 months later , eventually gave me the right order 3 months after because they wouldn’t give me a refund. Ordered a 3 pack of shirts, they were extremely cheap material. Don’t waste your time!

Very poor quality, slow delivery and they are yet to agree to a refund. Steer clear

Scam company. Placed order 12/11/25 with estimated delivery of 6-10 days. It’s 1/30/26. Won’t refund money. Doesn’t know where the shirts are.

If this is Truefords shirts then don’t bother. Just a marketing scam. Shirt arrived very creased and smelled of cigarette smoke and musty smell. Not pleasent. Collars are soft and not suitable for tie. Scam operation

Dont do it. As a "fellow" lazy bastard I also signed on for the never iron shirt but the fact is it doesn't truly exist. I did own a different branded shirt once that was never iron but being a young idi*t I cant remember the make.

This company is a joke. There is a reason the only models are aged circa 20 - 25 with major 6-pack bodies.

These shirts do NOT suit men with Chippy Tits or anything other than a body that should be in Vogue.

The shirts are not what they advertise it’s cheap Chinese rubbish that are too small & are definitely not wrinkle free if you could actually wear one of the shirts it would look like you had slept in it all night - shocking quality that will go straight into my rubbish bin

i bought a 5 shirts package and they wanted to charge $103.00 for size exchange .this is the same price that i pay for the 5 shirts package .
if you looking to buy cloths or anything don't buy from this company the services is shit and they want to charge you for everything.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered before Black Friday it never came and I’ve tried canceling the order since Christmas. I been completely ghosted. I’ve sent tons of emails and even tried using the messaging in the app I just want to cancel my order why is it taking a month just to do it. It hasn’t even shipped yet.
