Tripse were great and organised the holiday perfectly. The Avalon cruise was spoilt by a large number of North American passengers, in particular a group of 27 mainly female travel agents from Canada who were away from family with free alcohol and sounded as if they were all talking (shouting) at the same time.

Tripse were very helpful throughout. Denise was able to answer questions and give advice. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the river cruise we booked. Nothing was too much trouble.

The whole cruise exceeded my expectations, i had a really lovely holiday, places and trips were great, room was wonderful, ship was beautiful, staff were very knowledgable, helpful, couldnt do enough for you.

We found the staff at Tripse tremendously helpful & can’t sing their praises highly enough. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip so haven’t been able to get to know the River Cruise Company. But throughout the whole process we have been looked after & feel we made new friends in the office. Thank you!

Easy booking process and Denise was very helpful and efficient.

Our booking was dealt with confidently & efficiently. As new river cruisers we were also helped with cabin choice. I also felt the price negotiated with Amawaterways who ran our cruise & the extras such as paid gratuities , transfers etc made it very good value. We felt looked after.

Everything went like clockwork from booking right through to our arrival back home. Faultless!

Nothing is too much trouble and we’ve just had a complicated month trip put together by Denise. She can advise on every step and found us a choice of great hotels within our budget and incorporated the cruise we wanted into the holiday.
I’d recommend to anyone. Best service by any company that I’ve ever found in 40 years of traveling. Give them a go

Amazing company, so helpful. Cannot fault the assistance from Michelle, Denise and Kyle. Got a better price for me when it had come fown slightly. Easy link to make payment, immediate response with documents. Yet again, they have got us a cracking holiday
