Still not been delivered

Ordered some coffee bags for work to allow me to have a decent coffee and not have to use instant coffee. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Coffee was great with a good range of types. Will be my go to from now on. Much better coffee then some of the bigger supermarket brands

I have ordered a few times with the company, getting the variation box to replace our coffee machine at work. The coffee itself is of good quality and definitely above average when it comes to the coffee bag market. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't up to the same standard as the coffee. After their auto-filling box for the delivery address changed after i clicked on the main address, it had gotten rid of the business name and therefore only had a road name. I should have double checked to make sure that it all went through correctly but trusted that their address auto-complete would be fine, like most sites. Unfortunately they couldn't deliver the shipment and i couldn't collect as they couldn't leave a missed shipment note. Which would be fine, but after contacting customer service, i was told that they couldn't send out a replacement after amending the address until they had received the original back in up to 18-20 days before they could then send out a replacement. Unfortunately, that's a little too late for my coffee fix.

Purchased a hoodie and a 500ml thermos both for the gym and the horrible winter late shifts both products are great hoodie is true to size, thermos is great gor drinks on the go either water at the gym mid shift A&E coffee highly recommended

The coffee arrived in a timescale that was more than reasonable and they also took time on their website to explain how the freshness of the coffee affects delivery time. The coffee itself is rich (101) and dark but smooth tasting. As described on the packet, it is the perfect morning coffee.

The flask I ordered is perfect. As an emergency worker who works all sorts of shifts, it always with me. The Brand itself makes me feel a part of something great.
