Awful company on two occasions they have tried to pay less when they've turned up the latest went from £459 down to £200 even after phone calls telling them about the vehicles condition parts missing were plastic and worthless apparently there not a scrap yard but quote on scrap car broker sites what a joke there were parts in the van and still no response as to why it was towed away on a spec lift no way that was legal

Thank you for spending the time to give us feedback. In this instance the customer confirmed that some parts were dismantled and that they were loose in the van. Unfortunately at collection there were not any parts loose in the van which had an impact on the valuation. If the vehicle was complete as described then full quoted amount would have been paid.
The change in price due to the parts being missing was discussed with the customer and the new quote accepted. The customer was under no obligation to accept the quote.
Super Service, Definitely recommend
I was looking for a rear axle for my crash damaged 2010 Ford Fiesta,
Every where local to me wanted upwards of £200, then I remembered "Trents" due to watching "KevTee" on YouTube,
Gave them a call at 11am Tuesday, axle arrived Wednesdays for £120 all in,
I cant thanks "Trents" and "Matt Storey (Sales Administrator)" enough
Super Service, and ill definitely recommending to everyone

Really poor service
Really poor service, I wanted a part from a car that was just in and not yet processed, instead of calling me when it was available the call handler simply told to keep ringing back weekly, which I did, I even offered to buy the entire car at one point but after several weeks he told me it had been crushed and no parts had been saved. As the car is rare this was an appalling waste of resource and my time.

Excellent performance
I have had two parts now, a wing and an undertray.
Both have been pre cleaned and excellently packed.
The tray arrived to my door within 24hr. Very happy and would use again.

I've had numerous parts from headlights…
I've had numerous parts from headlights to breaklights and everything in-between.
Not all for the same vehicle either. Everything, every time has been as described and a perfect fit.
Even when I've not been sure, a quick phone call and it's put right.
The prices are good and delivery is exceptional .
Highly recommended and a must for home mechanics

Totally excellent! I needed a spare wheel plus the accompanying kit for my Polo and after searching the internet I came across Trents. I'd never heard of them but they had what I wanted at a good price. A quick and easy call that was answered quickly without ever mentioning 'the plague' by a very helpful chap by the name of Mark A. He confirmed that it was in stock and that it could be delivered for free. Simple transaction and the wheel, tyre and all the tools arrived within 24hrs of ordering which exceeds all expectations. Trents will be my first port of call the next time I'm searching for any car bits or equipment. Well done, Trents!! I'm naturally suspicious of glowing reviews and I assure you that I have no connection with them at all apart from being a happy customer.
