It's a scam. No updates on their website in over a year and no updates on their social media in over 3 months. They are still accepting payments even though their boxes are over a month late. Avoid at all costs.

Have been a fairly long time satisfied customer of TB. This past Sept I was sent a hideous shirt. We sent to return labels and off it went. Octobers package came and they sent all the wrong sizes. Again they sent a return label and off they went. I have not received my November package. When I inquired about my returns got a little bit of a run around. Then was assured December 2 that my exchanges will be in this months shipment. Got notice they charged my credit card for Dec shipment. It’s now January 12th I still have yet to see anything from them. I have an email thread going back from September 21 that would leave you shaking you head.
My patience is very thin right now and not sure how this is all going to end. But rest assure it’ll end in my favor!

I'd like to explain why trendy butler have debited my visa payment card but say I don't have an account with them. I'll now be reporting this to my bank as a fraudulent debit from my visa debit card
Trendy Butler promises quality clothing- on a sporadic schedule
Trendy Butler is interesting because, out of the items I eventually did receive, I liked them. They fit well, matched my styling information, and were generally unique but not too far outside what I would normally wear. I also really like the system of sending out 2-3 items I keep, instead of the frustration from picking and choosing, styling fees, and so on.
The problem is, unfortunately, a dealbreaker. The schedule of when Trendy Butler would send out a box was disastrous. I received a February box in May, and I'm still waiting for the other from March. Then it does weird things where the website states it was shipped via UPS but they actually used Fedex, so the tracking number didn't work until I realized the problem.
To TB's credit, customer service was responsive-ish. The responses while prompt, were insubstantial, saying there were warehouse issues which seems to be a common theme going back to late last year. But there was no concrete date, no "additional item to make up for it," no confirmation I won't be charged again.
I can forgive a few weeks, but for the whole duration of my service, the clothing was late. Here's the thing- I actually liked a lot of it! If Trendy Butler could work on the supply chain and send material out without me just waiting indefinitely, I would love it. For now, it's not the service I hoped it would be and it's not reasonable to wait multiple months with no indication TB will ever be "caught up."

Subscription was reliable until an…
Subscription was reliable until an issue happened in October of 2020. I was billed through February of 2021 with no items sent. So what did I do? I disputed my transactions and reached via TB portal to inquire about my package. They apologized and advised someone's would get back to me. In addition they would temporarily suspend my account until everything was resolved.
That same week, 3 of 4 packages came. Guess what, they were not even my normal style request and I didn't ask for the package to be sent.
I've asked for an RMA to send the 3 of 4 packages sent to me. I was told to show proof first that I dropped my dispute then they would issue an RMA. Think about that, what leverage would I have to get my monies back. I wrote back and stated, you get your products back and my dispute will handle the monies you charged me over the course of 4 months before I contacted you in March.
Since then, I've emailed every other day for the last 2 weeks to support at trendybutler and zero replies. I also tried to log-in my TB account to ensure that I was in fact suspended and that I would no longer get billed. I also figuresld, if I contact them via the portal, I would get quicker resolution.
Not only did they suspend my account, my account no longer exist.
THIS SERVICE ALONE WHEN YOU HAVE ISSUES IS ENOUGH TO STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM A COMPANY LIKE THIS. NOT WORTH THE $65 OR EFFORT AND TIME THAT COMES ALONG WITH TRYING TO GET SOMETHING DONE.
Way to Slow
I paid for a three month sub in October. The "October" box didn't show up till December. My "November" box didn't show up till late January. Finally I am still waiting on my "December" box and it is now March 26. Terribly slow and not worth it.

AWFUL. They will charge you and sometimes not even send a box that month. I am due 2 boxes which I HAVE PAID FOR. Their customer service team told me that they are moving warehouses and have no ETA or update. It's funny how they still charge me with all the chaos of their move. STAY AWAY.
Trendy Butler- very disappointed
I signed up for a 3-month subscription on November 15th and was very hopeful that I would like the service based on the online reviews. So far I have been very disappointed. I received the first package (brown bag) right before Christmas and it had a very nice button-up casual shirt and a pair of high quality skinny jeans. The jeans were not my style, I could barely get my leg through the pant legs, and the were about five inches too long and would have required alterations. The jeans were returned for an exchange and I am still waiting for a replacement item. The customer service responded to my email right away, they acknowledged receipt of the jeans, and indicated there are delays due to a transition to a new warehouse. I have not received a second or third month box. On February 15th my credit card was charged for another 3-months of service. I sent a message to their customer service department and they credited my account for the second 3-month subscription. As of today, I am waiting for my December and January box and the replacement item from the November box. Right now I can only give this company a poor rating. If they improve their service then I will update my review.
Don't get Trendy Butler! Do your research!
I bought my subscription in November 2020. I didn't get my first box until January 2021. This was after I complained to customer service. This is a "monthly" subscription right? I have yet to get my second box and it's March 2021. All the website says is that my box is being curated as we speak. It has said that since January. How long does it take to pick out two items? Oh yeah... I only got two items. A hoodie which I did actually like and a plain white shirt with some logo on it. Didn't like it because it was too big and honestly not my taste. I don't think it was worth the $65 for a hoodie and a t-shirt.
Good clothes, declining customer service.

Stay away
Stay away! In I received my September package in November. Shorts and short sleeve shirt! I returned it with a promise of a replacement. My card has been charge for the next three months as of this review. I'm not owed, September-December and on the hook for the next three months. I get excuses about the warehouse having moved last spring and no promise for resolution. Stay away!

I have never dealt with a worse company in my life. The customer service is abysmal and practically non existent. After three months I finally got the two deliveries that were long overdue. I did return the first (it arrived 35 days after order) because the clothing was appalling and did not fit. I realize that it was my first order so the style may not be perfect so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After weeks of no communication and nothing arriving I checked the website. The only thing that did was perpetually say that my order was in the works. I finally got someone to answer an email and that person assured me they would look into it and keep me informed every step of the way. I never heard from them again. Finally out of the blue a box arrived and it contained the two orders I paid for. I had already cancelled my subscription over a month prior-so this was my last order and we are square-or so I thought. When I tried on the clothes (that look like they were sent from the 80's) none fit-again. The shirts were tight and the pants were huge. My daughters actually made fun of them! It would have been funny if it wasn't so frustrating. So now I have to return items again. Their return policy is also a joke. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops just to get them to take their garbage back. Then I was told that I can only return two of the four items because I have already returned two for exchange and you can only exchange once ( even though the policy says that a "fit issue" overrides the exchange policy). What a scam! Now I'm stuck with two items that I will never wear and I'm out $65. It would take me forever to write about how terrible this company is so I will just say to avoid this scam company at all cost. The clothing (at least what I received) is horrible and cheap, the customer service sucks, the return policy is pathetic and difficult, and their shipping is the slowest on the planet. They give me the feeling that they are a fly by night operation built to screw as many people out of as much money as fast as they can, then just vanish. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. Thankfully I am only out $65 so far but it looks like I will lose a total of $130 because of the return policy. But on the bright side the homeless shelter got some new clothing items and that's at least a good thing.
Never received
I ordered a box on 9/27/20 and never received it. I got a few replies with lots of excuses. It is now three months later and still no box or refund. This place is a scam.
Too good to be true. Beware.
The deal seems pretty good, but beware. Expect very long shipment times, 1-2 months between boxes. I purchased the three box deal in March...and I'm still waiting for exchange items. Honestly, still waiting for something I returned in August.
Customer service was decent for a bit. They answered my emails, but the action was minimal or non-existent.
Quality and brands, so so. Many are unknown or cheap brands. Quality is hit and miss though. I'd give this 3/5.
Size is big miss and little hit for me. Maybe half of the clothes for okay. Only a few items for really well.
Overall, I advise against this subscription. If you don't mind long waits, hit and miss sizing, and leaning toward sub par quality, then go for it. For the same money you can go to a nice department store and get better.

Also Had issues
My experience mirrors the previous person: I got clothes that did not match my tastes or fit me. I followed their process to get replacements. Multiple requests. They did not come. For months. And then after multiple requests on my part they finally refunded one part of my payment. But not the full amount that the returns corresponded to. I am a dissatisfied customer and believe that TB's customer service is either suspicious or inadequate. Not recommended, at least in my experience. I understand that we are in exceptional times, but I literally gave them months to resolve the issues.

First box was ok. After that, quality and style drop off and the boxes are always delayed. Exchanges take months and when you finally cancel and ask for a refund, despite returning all items unworn, they steal part of your payment. Avoid this company.
