Exceptional customer service – genuinely impressed
I ordered an engraved wedding ring from Trendhim and, despite using a ring sizer beforehand, the size I chose turned out to be just a little too tight.
Because the ring was personalised, I fully expected that I would simply have to accept the mistake and buy another one. I contacted Trendhim anyway to explain the situation and their response was outstanding.
They made an exception to their normal policy and I only had to cover the engraving and delivery costs.
That level of customer service is rare, especially when they were under no obligation to do it. The communication was quick, friendly and incredibly helpful, and it has left me with a brilliant impression of the company.
I had already been very happy with the quality of the ring, but the way they handled this has guaranteed that I’ll use Trendhim again in future.
Absolutely first-class service and an easy 5 stars.

My watch was faulty so I got in touch with the customer service team. Both Kasia and Mia were really great. Both so professional, the whole process was smooth and was a breath of fresh air compared to some other companies I have dealt with. I just had to send a pic of the issue with my watch and they sorted it out and knew there was an issue and sent out a replacement. Its good to get excellent customer service 👌 Edit: pretty sure they are AI bots, but still its efficient

High quality bracelet & beautifully engraved
I bought a black leather & brushed stainless steel bracelet for my son's birthday. Really good quality & beautifully engraved. Great value for money, excellent customer service, and very fast delivery with regular updates on UPS tracking status of the parcel. I would definitely order from this company again. On a minor note, I opted not to pay extra for gift wrapping as I wanted to wrap it myself but it should have been wrapped in a sheet of tissue paper to protect it from damage, instead of just being placed in a regular non-padded brown envelop. Overall I am a very satisfied customer and I know my son will love the bracelet.

Ordering process & delivery worked fine. Product showed up within a few days.
Product quality a little dissappointing as it broke after only a few days wearing. This can happen so will reserve judgement for the moment.
Contacted company by email with photos and details. Replacement product was dispatched immediately with a next day service which is great customer service. Hopefully the replacement will be better.
