I am delighted with both the company and its products which I have recently received to protect and enhance my wooden floors. I used the Hardwax Oil Clear Soft Satin together with the Hardener. The floors look fantastic. The products came very quickly and the instructions both on the website and the products are very clear. I would certainly use this company again.

Bought some tester paints and oils, even with Christmas and New Year closures the items ordered arrived very quickly. Very impressive and the quality of the paints and oils I have noticed are very good, think I'll be using and recommending the brand over the usual dulux.

Delivered to the wrong address.. couldn't contact DHL and no attempt made to deliver to correct address.

I am a woodturner and new to using Treatex following a word of mouth recommendation from a RPT.
Easy to order on line, several finishes available, I am using satin, easy to use and appears to give good results. Food safe.

Have had issues with delivery due to royalmail being unreliable but the company is resending my order A Big Thank you to them and very clear explanation gave 4 due to royalmail

I recently moved house and my treatex mop was left behind for new owners. I have managed to order another one which arrived recently. It is brilliant at cleaning wooden floors.

Simply quick and efficient.

From my husband, who says, it goes on nice and easy, looks good, the only downside was it didn't get quite dried before the heavy rain came down. Still not looking too bad though. Will wait for much more settled drier weather before attempting second coat.

Ordered Bakarai Hardwood decking oil and promptly delivered with constant communication throughout. Not only that the product is far superior than any other product applied previously. Tried Osmo Hardwood Decking oil before and it has a stain within the product whichleft my deck looking cheap. This year I stripped it and applied Treatex and Happy Days |Now looks like a hardwood deck

Speedy delivery

The product failed to protect our lovely new decorative larch fence. It developed mould and turned black. The supplier came out, did tests and confirmed that the wood did not contain moisture - and then denied all responsibility. Very disappointing having spent a lot of money on the Treatex product - it ruined our fence.
