Great gifts
I sent Treatboxes to a few friends for Christmas; all of them opened them early 🤣 and all of them loved them. I think the choice of fillers, presentation and reliability are all excellent. Would recommend.

I ordered the coffee box ready to go luxury box. It arrived with parcel tape all over it which has damaged the box. Plus it's in a pink and white box not the box advertised. This is a present for my 35 year old nephew - very disappointing 😞

Absolutely Delighted with these Christmas PJs!
I recently purchased a pair of gorgeous pyjamas as a Christmas gift, and I am beyond thrilled with them! The material is incredibly soft and luxurious, making them a dream to wear. The pattern is beautiful, and there are so many designs to choose from—something for everyone!
The packaging was a lovely surprise, too. It was all wrapped up in pretty pink, which made the whole unboxing experience feel extra special. Normally, you'd expect to pay extra for such attention to detail, but this company includes it as part of their service.
I highly recommend this fabulous brand. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again!

Birthday box felt like a waste of money to get rid of what was extra or left over with it being a surprise. Lucky dip box. Wouldn't order again since receiving anything surprising

TreatBox didn't disappoint again. Lovely surprise birthday wellness box. Some of the items were not something that I would use so passed them onto my delighted friends and colleagues.

I have used Treat box for years
I have used Treat box for years and they truly are my go to for any occasion.
The ever changing items to choose from always makes these such a joy to buy.
I have recently needed to contact customer services as I had accidentally put the wrong address for delivery, the speed in which this was resolved was incredible!
I am happy to say they are one of my favourite companies to buy from and by far the best customer services experience I have had in a long time!

Was delivered to the incorrect address, 10 days still no refund or replacement
I ordered a housewarming gift for a friend via treatbox, but unfortunately Royal Mail delivered it to an incorrect address, which you can see on the tracking number that was provided. We tried to locate it but the package couldn't be found. I reached out to customer service and they said they'd contact Royal Mail and usually royal mail would respond within 48 hours. It's been 10 days since I originally contacted them so I reached out again and they sent me the same message, saying it'll take another 48 hours. By this point I am fed up of chasing and waiting for a resolution, the box wasn't particularly cheap. I've never had a company make me wait this long for a resolution they normally send a refund or replacement and then claim back from Royal Mail, they don't make the customer wait, especially as you can see the tracking coordinates at a different address.
Update: They said Royal Mail delivered it to the correct address even though the tracking shows it was delivered to an unspecified 'Safe Space' which appeared to be a communal hallway. I finally got a refund but it was quite an unpleasant process, they made me sign a thing saying I wasn't lying and I would cooperate with the police lol. So I signed it because I was being truthful, maybe they have a lot of people trying to scam them, but I'm a repeat customer so I didn't really appreciate being treated like a liar. Won't be using them again!

We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, especially as the gift was for a special occasion and you were left waiting far longer than you should have been for a clear resolution. That’s never the experience we want for any customer, and we’re truly sorry that we didn’t meet that standard here.
When a parcel is marked as delivered by Royal Mail but can’t be located, we’re required to follow their investigation process before we’re able to issue a refund or replacement. This can unfortunately feel slow and repetitive from the customer side, and we recognise how frustrating that is, particularly when tracking information isn’t as clear as it should be.
We’re also really sorry if the declaration we asked you to sign made you feel distrusted. That certainly wasn’t our intention. It’s a standard part of the courier claims process and something we’re required to do in these situations, but we completely understand how it could come across, especially as a returning customer, and we appreciate you raising this with us.
Thank you again for your patience and for shopping with us previously. We’re genuinely sorry that this experience has left you feeling let down, and your feedback has been shared internally so we can improve how we handle situations like this going forward.

Truly unique and wonderful business
The first time I came across TreatBox was on an Instagram post and their products really looked so unique and special. When I placed an order for a birthday advent box the whole process was so smooth and efficient! It was easy to order, the delivery was quick and the packaging is so unique and special! Each of the individual gifts were a lovely surprise and made one feel special every time you got to open one. I will definitely be ordering from this company again - what a wonderful business!

Exam madness...
I sent my niece a little 'pick-you-up' while she's in the middle of her final year exam period at university and the gift seemed to do the trick. It let her know that we're thinking of her, she's not on her own and that she should still find time for a little break and to treat herself kindly.

Bought a Black Friday mystery box/bag
Bought a Black Friday mystery box/bag. I do think it was just about worth the price, and it was just a little treat for myself so luckily the actual contents didn’t really matter, but it was very disappointing. I feel it was mostly things other people don’t want, the largest/most expensive item was an incense burner type item? Very odd, and no incense to go with it even if I was that way inclined! Plus a couple of tea bags, a pair of socks, and a cheap plastic Keyring and possibly a couple of other things. I doubt I’ll even regift them.
I’m won’t be a repeat customer.

Slightly underwhelming black friday lucky dip
Received the lucky dip box and after all hype was a bit disappointed. Didn't feel very special at all really and just put in paper bag. The contents weren't great either and not xmassy. I wouldn't order the lucky dip again but did order xmas pyjamas and they are really nice and were beautifully presented!
