Received my dress back today and wow I am so impressed!
My dress was totally disgusting, drinks split down it, mud, foot prints, everything. I had an email from these guys with the initial inspection, they said well we shall try our best but some of these won't come out... But they waved a magic wand and I'd say got 99% perfection with some tiny marks still on. I am honestly so surprised that you did so so well, and it was totally gross.
Also really easy collection and delivery to and from my house, which made the whole thing so much easier, and they were great at keeping in contact. Would Highly recommend.
I contacted TP to get my wedding dress…
I contacted TP to get my wedding dress dry cleaned to wear again next month. Unfortunately, due to the new virus strain we are not able to go ahead with the reception for a few months now. Katy at TP got back to me straight after I contacted her to let her know and refunded on the same day. This was despite them having sent a courier to pick up my unprepared (my fault) dress the week before. I can't fault this company for customer service and will use in future when we eventually have a big bash! Lyndsey McVey, Scotland

Well where to begin, my husband came across this website and I was delighted knowing I could have my dress cleaned and boxed and also with them collecting from your home, it seemed a win win. Booked and paid for, then the nightmare began. After seeing a bad review about a jeweled belt hanging off when a dress was returned alarm bells starting ringing as I have a jewel belt on my dress. I emailed the company asking for advice about it as I didn't want my belt removed and if there was another way to do it. I recieved a response quickly the next day saying their seamstress removes belts for cleaning then reattaches them afterwards. I was hesitant about going ahead as I had a bolero stitched on my dress aswell so after a change of heart I emailed saying I no longer wished to send my dress as I didn't want everything removed......nearly 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a response and my payment refunded..... zero communication back since I mentioned a bad review and no money refunded.....now having to go through my bank to recover my money. DEFINITELY AVOID!!! Terrible customer service when any issues arise. To have taken payment and now just ignoring the customer is unacceptable
Extremely disappointed
I have just received my daughter's wedding dress and am so disappointed with the state of it that I will make a formal complaint to Treasured Possession. The dress hemline and train were heavily soiled but most of the stains are still there after cleaning, along with odd lengths of pink thread and dirt trapped in the lacework and beading. What I was most shocked to find when I checked the dress is that all the tissue paper was damp as was the dress which now has mould stains on the under skirt and on the front of the dress itself. These were most definitely not there when the dress was sent to Treasured Possessions. The dress has clearly been packed damp and if I had left it in its original packing before giving to my daughter would have caused serious and permanent damage. I would not recommend this company at all and will defintely be taking this further.

I’ve just had my dress back today. I bought a sample dress that was rather grubby. They have managed to remove the majority of the marks and it’s looking great. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be too dirty to wear however I’m really happy with it. I will be sending it back once I’ve finally had my wedding (3rd date due to COVID)
If you truly do have a Treasured Possession Don't Risk Using Them
This clearly is a hit and miss case, but for a treasured possession if they mess up they really mess up and really don't care. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to wear my dress twice, once on a beach and again for my wedding reception a few months later. The dress post the beach wedding was as you would imagine a little water splash stained, nothing major just a few water and sand marks. When the dress was returned it had additional stains and god knows how, but pinprick hole marks all over the bodice of the dress, the top layer to my dress is organza, very delicate one wrong move and its ruined, I did state this multiple times, they some how managed to pull out all bar one pleat on the top section of the dress and left holes and pull mark. Strangely enough the file that they had of pictures of my dress when it arrived was suddenly corrupt and they couldn't access it or say if there were prior issues or not (there were not and they emailed me pictures of the splash marks). And in turn they cleaned it as per the makers instructions inside the dress (there are no instructions inside the dress it was made to order), they also said that they didn't put pins on the outside of the dress when there is clearly a pin / snag hole on the outside of my dress. While the water / sand stains splashes were gone the dress came back with new stains in places that I am still finding it hard to figure out how they got there. Also the organza on the bodice is slightly discoloured and yellowish now. And then they wanted me to send my TREASURED POSSESSION back to them. I don't think any sane person would, they even offered to have their seamstress look at it, but in this was never going to happen. The most annoying thing about it all is while they didn't deny it was them their way of resolving the matter was to automatically refund £57.50 back into my account. And noted in an email "AS AGREED" to which I NEVER AGREED to anything. I spent £115 on their services based on the cost of my dress and for insurance purposes only to get my dress back in a worse state than when it went off and for them to think that paying them what is now around £55 for the privilege of ruining my dress just for fun! They couldn't even give me a straight answer when asking them simple questions of "How did you actually clean my dress" everything was avoided or some silly arbitrary answer given. I would never recommend them and never use them again. If you truly do have a treasured possession then I would recommend you look somewhere else.
Amazing service
Amazing service, so highly recommended! I was pretty worried about sending my wedding dress off into the unknown, but they kept constant contact with regular updates and my dress not only came back early, it is pristine! I’m so happy and so grateful to the lovely people at Treasured Possession, thank you so much!!
No responses from company, radio silence but money taken from account! May be a fake company!!!!
I booked dry cleaning of my wedding dress with this company a few weeks ahead as that was the first availability they had. I later realised I would still need my dress for some pre-wed photos so have been trying to cancel my order a few days after booking and a few weeks before the scheduled collection date. The payment was taken immediately but apart from the confirmation email of booking, there was no confirmation of date and time or anything. I emailed them to ask about this and if indeed they had received my booking. They replied almost a week later to say yes booking had been received. By this time I’ve asked them to cancel the order but no acknowledgment of this request. I’ve then tried calling them numerous times within their working hours (10-4 as per their website) and never any answer but to voicemail. I’ve left several voicemails and no response. Also no response to my numerous emails since. They’ve taken the money but not bothered to reply to anything where I’ve asked them to cancel my order- still weeks in advance of the scheduled collection, which is still not until next week! I’m wondering now if this is a fake company. On the statement they come up as Etail Direct LTD. I am still waiting for them to cancel my booking a few weeks in. The website is so basic, you can’t even make any amendments there or even see the order details! Really unhappy with this situation but want everyone to be aware that try is may be a fake company with fake testimonials. The google reviews I’ve seen retrospectively (wish I’d seen them before placing order as over £100) state some similar experiences. Seems like a scam to be honest. Better to go with known dry cleaning companies than have faith in these where they don’t even communicate with their customers. I have a feeling they’re waiting for the collection date to elapse to make up reasons for failure to contact. Really annoyed with it all. I would tell people to stay away to avoid this trouble!
