Another fab holiday booked for us by Lucy. Always goes above and beyond and covers everything we need even on hand when I needed help whilst we were away. Highly recommend Travology always.

Hi Lucy, the flight was excellent and the hotel was amazing. What views ! The room was spotlessly clean, trendy and smart , modern , great shower with lashings of hot water and super comfy bed.

The lounge bar and rooftop bars had absolutely incredible views of the city.

The Virgin flights you’d booked were just ideal for us. Comfortable seats, tasty food and ( plentiful ) beverage. Super sized TV screen for an economy seat, at times I thought I could have been in Business Class ! The service was excellent , we couldn’t fault our flights both to NY and back to LHR.

The hotel couldn’t have been better, or better placed for us. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to get to. A real winner.

Great short break trip. Thank you very much indeed. Can’t wait to find an excuse to go again. Will be in touch.

Lucy McRae was absolutely fantastic from start to finish when booking my first trip to The Canaries on a Tui Marella Cruise. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the booking process, making everything feel easy and stress-free.

Lucy took the time to understand exactly what was needed, offered great advice, and handled all the details efficiently. She booked us onto a VIP Tour of Fuerteventura, which was excellent - no big coach tour, this was a 5-people private tour travelling by comfortable air conditioned VW vehicle with a friendly and extremely knowledgable local tour guide. Lucy's communication was also clear and prompt; she was always happy to answer questions or provide reassurance.

Thanks to Lucy’s expertise and attention to detail, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to book a holiday and will definitely be using her again in the future.

An absolute breeze start to finish! I was personally recommended Lucy McRae during a chance conversation. I'd been planning a trip for my wife and I to Dubai and Abu Dhabi and had done a little investigation into flights and hotels etc but the prices were looking fairly high. I emailed Lucy with some starting dates and ideas and after a few weeks she'd put together an amazing itinerary for us! There were lots of minor tweaks along the way and Lucy was quick to provide updated quotes or just information or recommendations at times too. The package price was unmatched. If I'd put that package together directly myself I estimate I would have paid double if not more! I will most certainly be contacting Lucy for a quote and hopefully booking for my next travel plans!

Used Travology Travel (Lucy) for the last three holidays as my son is now a full time wheelchair users and holiday requirements need to be checked carefully. Lucy always contacts the hotel and airline directly with the special requirements and make sure everything is covered. Has matched or beaten online prices where possible, so would definitely recommend to maintain the personal touch.

We have used travology twice this year. Once for a family holiday to Florida and once to go to Rhodes for our friends wedding.

We found travology by chance after being let down by the previous company we had used to book our honeymoon. What the previous company had taken them months to do and produce nothing Lucy and her team sorted in a few weeks as time was of the essence.
The chateau’s and hotels in France they found for us were outstanding and will last long in the memory. Some we plan to go back to in the future.
Nothing is too much trouble for the this company who sorted everything and with a good sense of fun as well.
