Normally would phone a number of companies for a holiday, where it would be probably about February before booking this. Contacted Travel Planners late October and spoke to a Paul Corderoy where this rep had excellent listening & communication skills.
We covered lots of items as to the booking of this holiday in Florida where Paul listened and gave good advice regards what we were looking for. Contacted Paul a number of times during November as to the holiday, where he was found to be very helpful.
On the 19/12/2025 I decided to book the holiday with Paul and did not speak to any other company due to feeling that Paul was very trustworthy and I believed gave the best price that he could get.
I would recommend Paul and Travel Planners as to booking a holiday and will use them during future holiday bookings.

Over the past year, I have consulted with Travelplanners on several occasions while coordinating a 2027 group holiday to Orlando for eight people.
​I have recently secured a booking through Steve, who provided the most competitive pricing I encountered during my research. While I cannot yet comment on the end-to-end holiday experience given the departure date, the service to date has been exemplary. Steve has been remarkably efficient, tailoring a package to meet our specific requirements and maintaining prompt communication throughout the process. I am very satisfied with the experience thus far.

I am not a fan of being sold to, and I never felt anything other than our requirements came first. Not once did Sean Miller, (our contact) try to close the deal, it was only when we were truly comfortable with our holiday plans, did we suggest moving forward with booking it. You never get that sense of care from Online bookings or a holiday APP!! Thank you.

Paul Corderoy made the whole process of making a group booking (with some very fussy group members!) an absolute breeze. Valuable recommendations, good advice and lots of patience. Would highly recommend Paul, and Travel Planners who he represents

My experience finding and booking the perfect holiday with Paula was excellent. I’m extremely picky and had already spent hours researching the most suitable cruise from Miami, but with a large family I needed help identifying the best multiple cabin option to suit our expectations. Paula understood what I was looking for and gave me a number of options to choose from with speedy responses to my queries and date changes. I will definitely be recommending Paula and Travel Planners to friends and family!

Having just booked a holiday with Paul I thought I leave a little review. To be fair I must have a bit of a pain having idea of a few different multi location holidays before settling on one. Paul helped up sorting out length of stays in the different location based on our interest's. We are now looking forward to a well planned get away.

I have used Travelplanners to help me navigate through the process of organising a dual base holiday in Florida in the summer of 2026 for my wife and I, but also to link in with our daughter and her family when we arrive over there. Paul Corderoy expertly guided and advised us on the logistics whilst securing the best price as well. First time we’ve used Travelplanners but we’ll be returning as customers in future.

Honestly wish I could have given a 5 star rating but they lacked a back bone to help their customers.

I booked a 6 week tour through the US with Travel planners and everything went so well for the most part until we got to a couple of hotels and they had no booking for us, quickly sorted though without the need to make a call until we hit Chicago.

We stayed at the Ambassador Hotel and had the most horrific experience, basically no booking existed, obviously not paid for and I was made wait for around 3 hours to get it sorted. This is part of a wider issue with the hotel.

After getting it sorted and about to check in we were told that there was a charge of approx. $200 for check in that paid for breakfast, drinks etc. We were told nothing of this beforehand so Travel Planners were polite enough to cover the costs as long as we were happy to pay it for the time being.

On the morning of checkout I then get another charge of approx £260, I went to reception and was verbally abused by two men and found out that travel planners still hadn't paid.

So of course I contacted them and explained it, they refunded the payment for the breakfast voucher thing but still to this day have refused to refund the price of the hotel stay as the hotel told them they charged the virtual card on record.

I have asked for proof (denied), I have proven that the money was taken from me both from invoice from the hotel and bank statements showing it and never had it returned.

They have basically accepted the lies from the hotel and never once backed me (with proof in black and white) and then after multiple back and forth discussions, just ignored me.

This was my honeymoon/first anniversary we were celebrating and in all honesty it put a huge dampener on the whole thing as we were down and extra £400+ for our holiday as Travel Planners failed to do what we paid them for...
Pay for everything.

I can say hands down, the worst travel agents I have ever dealt with now, which is a shame as Paul Corderoy that booked and planned it was excellent.
Customer service don't have a backbone to help their customers.

As you can see from my reviews, I only provide a review when I feel it's necessary to voice my opinion as I don't like scrutinising a company but this has played on my mind for months now.

My advice to any future customers would be, be very wary, even with all our hotel vouchers recieved we still had issues at multiple hotels.

Other than that the holiday was great but certainly no thanks to Travel Planners as a company.

I've used Travelplanners a few times now and they have always been helpful, trustworthy and the price has always been the best.
Paul Corderoy has been the main contact and has been very knowledgable and friendly and always helpful.
Definitely recommended.

I booked with travelplanners in November 2024 for our October 25 holiday. We have just returned and had a fantastic time! All bookings for the hotel and cruise went smoothly and seamless, We did have some amendments to our flight times from virgin but travelplanners were helpful in finding alternatives to suit. 5⭐️ thank you!

This is our 3rd time of using travel planners to book our Florida holiday, this time we got a lady called Paula. Her customer service was excellent, she was very chatty and even shared our excitement. She looked for the best deal for us and answered all our questions straight away with her excellent knowledge. We were shopping around to get the best deal and we did but I mainly wanted to book with Paula as she was so attentive and good at her job. We have always had a very good experience with travel planners.

Hi I’ve been using travel planners for years to travel around the states and more.I must say over the latter years I’ve been booking directly with Paul corderoy who has went over and above to meet myself and wife’s needs.After returning last month right back onto Paul and booked again for next year for Florida and a cruise.Thanks Terry

Ohhh my day’s I have travelled quite a lot but the service a got from Travelplanners was second to none. From the first contact with them to the last they were nothing but brilliant. Sean Miller was super star. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. Always on the end of the phone to answer any queries and ready to amend anything. I was soooo impressed with him that I will go back to book other holidays with this company. So stress free. Thanks Sean.

The polite and friendly male holiday representative we have used on many occasions for Fly Drive holidays to the United States.
Has always been very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure the organisation for our holiday is perfect.

Had dealings with Paula, the advisor who got back to me after my initial enquiry, and from start to finish was extremely helpful.
She was also very patient as there was a delay between first enquiry and actual booking as there were a few things that we had to arrange prior to booking.
She also provided numbers for after sales & on resort emergency numbers.
We also asked about payment schedules and she explained the various methods of paying, the important dates to remember.
All in all Paula provided excellent service from start to finish of our booking process and I would have no problem referring friends & family to Paula.

They are meant to make booking easier for you and expect to pay a little more for the help, but both times we have used them, they have caused us extra costs, stress and a lot of wasted time.
I would avoid this company, they promise something, in our case a villa and twice now they have moved us last minute with no options or proper communication, to no where near where we wanted to stay (to be close to amenities and attractions). We got moved 15 miles away which involved an extra 40 minute drive each day during peak times.
Once they have your money, they don't care. Not their problem anymore.
They have messed up car rentals previously, and adding an extra passenger onto our bookings also (an infant booked onto its own booking themself, which obviously flags at every airport).
Its all about money and not customer satisfaction.
