LeeAnn was absolutely superb.
Super friendly, very professional. We decided last minute to bring our dog with us to Poland. LeeAnn made sure that everything was done on time. She was able to facilitate it last minute! She could not have been more helpful navigating us through the whole process.
She came to our home and has done a professional check up with Bella which was super convenient. I could not recommend her enough to anyone travelling abroad with their pets.

Super friendly, very professional - we traveled between UK and Europe stress free! We have 3 King Charles Cavaliers and needed Travel Health Certificates to cross the borders between the UK and France. Ann-Lee came to our house, had everyting prepared, did a very professional check-up with our dogs and we were good to go. No problems at either side of the borders.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Lee-Ann could not have been more helpful in navigating complicated paperwork scenarios and her patience with all of our questions was endless. Completing the final examination & paperwork in our home was incredibly convenient & helpful given all of the other things we had to do before our move. We are so grateful for her assistance & would highly recommend her services to anyone traveling abroad with a pet.

Lee-Ann was excellent. We were taking our two dogs to Ireland for the first time after Brexit so they both required an AHC. The whole process was clearly explained over the phone, the home visit went smoothly. We had planned to visit a local vet while there and have EU pet passports issued which we did. The Irish vet was great however made a common but correctable mistake with the dates, it's all to do with the dates of vaccination vs the microchip reading. Thankfully Lee-Ann had already explained to us this may happen, it did and we were able to have it corrected. Thanks again Lee-Ann.

Thank you for this very helpful review. Advice on getting EU passports and making owners aware of the ways EU vets get it wrong is something that’s nearly impossible to find time to do thoroughly when busy practices do paperwork- so much easier in a quiet home visit. Around 10% of the passports I review for people are incorrectly filled out and not valid, I’m so glad I managed to help you while there was still a chance to get them both fixed!
Urgent Health Certificate
Lee-Ann was incredibly helpful when I suddenly needed a health certificate for my dog at two days notice. She was so efficient and friendly. I can thoroughly recommend her.
