Very attentive service, thoroughly taking care of our needs, as we have mobility issues. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and mindful of our needs. They have plenty of patience in finding the right holiday for us. Excellent service.

Very helpful staff, explaining everything clearly and looking at a few issues I had with the holiday. Helped reassure me before making the booking. I felt I can at anytime visit the shop if I have an questions.

The booking of a fancy holiday is supposed to feel special and exciting. Well here's the thing - it did.

We went in 3 couples at 4.15 . Which the store closed at 5.30 and we were all booking the holiday separately. Sue the consultant was amazing and very calm and went above and beyond .

When I first went there, I had some sort of a plan what what I wanted to do on my holiday. I was shown holidays from different brochures and was told the month, which I wanted, was available. When I went back, the woman wasn’t there. But, another woman was able to help me and give me a date with more information. When I went back, for a third time, she wasn’t there either and neither was the first woman. There was a bit of confusion in what I’d been offered, but it got sorted. The woman then had to phone the brochure company, as she was having trouble booking it. December was full up. But, I was offered January 2027 with a bit of a discount. Then, I got told, the company had decided to offer a larger discount which altogether they’d taken over £600 off the original price. Though it was slightly inconvenient for me, I accepted.
