A lady called Lindsey was very efficient and very helpful and very knowledgeable She made me feel comfortable and explained all options available. She had time for me and I felt she had the experience to provide me with the best possible advice to book my first cruise

Always informative and helpful, over the years we've booked many holidays, this year it's been Rome and about to go Brussels, last year Paris, previously South Africa and a fabulous cruise. Many thanks to all the staff who are always there to assist with our travel plans.

For many years I have always booked my holidays with Travel House. The girls are wonderful if I don't understand something from the Holiday Companies I just pop in and they will sort it out. In fact I booked a holiday last week in Croatia .🤣🏝🌞🍺

I wanted to take a moment to provide some very positive feedback about my recent experience with your company, and in particular, the exceptional service provided by Lyndsey.
I recently needed to make changes to my holiday dates due to unforeseen personal circumstances. I contacted Travel House feeling a little anxious about whether the changes would be possible and what the implications might be.
From the very first moment, Lyndsey was incredibly friendly, patient, and reassuring. She immediately put me at ease and listened carefully to my situation without any hint of frustration or rush, even though I know date changes can sometimes be complicated.
What really stood out was her adaptability and excellent problem-solving skills. Lyndsey explored every possible option, clearly explained what was and wasn’t feasible, found creative solutions within the available flights and accommodations, and successfully rearranged the entire booking to new dates that worked perfectly for us — all while keeping the impact on cost to an absolute minimum.
Her customer service was outstanding throughout the whole process: prompt responses, clear communication, genuine care for the outcome, and a real “can-do” attitude that made what could have been a stressful experience actually quite straightforward and pleasant.
Lyndsey is a credit to Travel House and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She turned a potentially disappointing situation into one where I felt genuinely looked after and valued as a customer.

Lynsey is always extremely helpful. She walks us through the process, explaining the hotel accommodation, vicinity of the hotel, times of the flights and about the place we are going to. She even offers to organise parking at the airport. She is very knowledgeable. She simplifies the whole process for us and gives us peace of mind.
