Everything was great except the health and safety protocols for COVID-19 was not enforced much because people took their masks off while in the cabin. I have a 1 year old and due to his age he cannot wear a mask, which means he is exposed to the virus in case someone has it and is not wearing a mask.

Don't trust instant confirmation for tickets.

I had my last night in Dubai to fill with an activity, I found myself at the mall and used TravelFlan to book tickets for the aquarium at about 4:15pm. The order remained on pending until some early hours of the afternoon. At 10pm when the aquarium shut, or when they stopped allowing entry I requested a refund with their customer service (which according to their terms is fine as long as the order is still "pending") and refuted the charge with revolut.

No response. 10 hours and 1 minute from my point of order - at 2:16am in the morning - the order finally was confirmed, funds taken, tickets - now useless - delivered and later that day I was on my way to the airport. Overall, a pretty rubbish experience.

Great, easy to purchase. However i was sure i was booking tickets for Sunday and received tickets for monday. unsure if this was error on my part or an automatic change as the ain dubai was closed for a private event (so we discovered when we turned up trying to use our sunday tickets! But staff were friendly and appolgetic)

Absolutely disgusting service! We booked two tickets for the Dubai safari park.
The entry fee is 20aed
I’m order to gain the full safaris experience and travels support within the safari park the total was 100 aed per person.
We paid 200aed and didn’t receive the tickets until the next day. When we went to the safari park they told us we only had an entry ticket with none of the extras. We were shocked as I am a disabled adult. They were very reluctant but only got to go on the safari ride but none of the extras. Our trip was ruined.
I’ve tried to contact them on all points of contact however they are unreachable!

Didn't get instant confirmation on booking, No SMS, no mail, no Whatsapp.
Also not showing booking information in Travelflan account.
Had to call customer care to get the tickets on Whatsapp. I should have gotten the tickets instantly.

You mislead me into buying an extra ticket for another attraction that was 2h far from the Expo 2020!

totally disappointed, my tickets were booked the wrong date i lost my money without using them, Support team reject to help me before even issuing the tickets

The kids ruin the experience almost to the point where you would be better off not going at all.
If you can snap your pictures fast, do it but if you want to retake them just know you’ll have another family in your space before you can even leave the exhibit.
