I spoke to Paul today who was extremely helpful. I told him what sort of thing I was looking for and he was able to point me in the right direction to look into it in more detail, once I had done so I then spoke to him again to book. Fantastic service and cant wait for our lovely break 😀

Rolls Royce holiday service
We have been dealing with Claire Nicholson, an Inspire Representative, for many years now and I’ve not come across anyone in any line of work who is more dedicated to excellent customer service. I had my own financial services business and took pride in being “the best I could be” but I have to say, Claire is the best travel agent I have dealt with. I was previously loyal to a local company but when there was a small problem they were hopelessly lacking. Claire provides a “Rolls Royce” service and I would recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a holiday.

Voucher experience
I cannot believe that anyone would give this company 5stars. My children saved hard to give me and their father a £100 voucher as a gift. I am now trying to use it to cover a stay for a weekend in May. I can only book through Inspire. Every hotel on their site in Shrewsbury quotes a price which is highly inflated. An example: Premier Inn double room on the hotel site can be booked for £167, same room and conditions both with breakfast on Inspire it costs £256!! Rendering my voucher practically worthless. Heartbreaking for my children who thought they were giving us a valuable gift. I’m furious. Somebody somewhere is making money out of someone else’s hard earned money. It’s a scam. DO NOT BUY A VOUCHER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Inspire Gift Card Waste of Money
I was given an Inspire Staycation card by colleagues as a birthday treat as they know I like Premier Inn breaks. The card has the Premier Inn logo on it but unfortunately you cannot redeem the card with Premier Inn, you have to book your break via the Inspire website. Sadly the Inspire price for a Premier Inn room is so high that there is absolutely no point in me using their website to book a room. I may as well pay Premier Inn directly rather than give Inspire any more money.

Absolutely a shambles
Absolutely a shambles, booked a caravan break in Skegness at south view caravan park , inspire lady booked it at end of the phone and said she will send the booking details, details arrived with no photos of the caravan, we rang 3 times of week from January to 2nd April travelling on the 3rd , we got no photos absolutely nothing but blame park dean and they said no it’s inspire , gold caravan premium grade 4 bed decking parking etc etc , we got 4 bedrooms, tiny galley kitchen cooking hob oven one side sink the other, fully equipped kitchen was a microwave kettle hob , decking was a tiny square on the side nothing like gold wrap around decking, it stinks , it’s dirty , no sofa nope just a wrap around wall seating ? GOLG ? Never seen a gold premium standards , inspire needs to look into this booking as we paid 241 extra on top of 450 original payment as we wanted gold premium standards , they have not supplied that and not supplied photos of the caravan, either the woman booking it at the end of the phone did nothing about the upgrade or she knows who caravan this belongs too , if anyone wants to view this caravan I will upload all photos to FB Booking ref 40079588 , caravan no 1 ref LP 32445 , we are getting a refund and going home with 2 disabled children as there is no spare caravans to swap , the kitchen set up was far to dangerous with 2 disabled boys with safety been the main issue , then the rest above , it’s ruined an Easter break holiday for our two disabled boys and teenage daughter, 3 times we rang inspire and chat to park dean for information photos and got nothing but each sending us back to the other, never again both company’s will never get our business again never

Shocking price difference
On this website and to book with a voucher, the 6.55 am flight from Gatwick to Palermo on Sunday 6th September is £387 per person and on the easyJet website it’s £150.49?!!
This is a complete rip off to be able to use the voucher scheme that I’ve purchased for my partner for his birthday.
