I have always been passionate about travel and have been lucky enough over the years to travel to some amazing destinations. After finishing my college course in Travel and Tourism in 2003 I started my journey with Going Places on the high street and this in 2006 changed to Thomas Cook. Throughout my 20+ years within travel, I became a manager of my own store and after having my daughter in 2012, I took a step back and became a senior consultant. Within this time, I was lucky enough to experience the newest cruise ships on the sea, travel around the Caribbean as well as experience many different islands within the Mediterranean. More recently I stepped away from the high street and became a Cruise Consultant where I organised tailor-made trips across the world. Becoming a local, self employed agent from the comfort of my own home means that I am totally flexible for all your travel needs, whether that’s an email late evening, coffee shop catch up or a video call, I am here. I love what I do and with my knowledge of destinations my goal is to offer a personal and friendly service to make those long-lasting holiday memories. I offer everything from short city breaks, relaxing on the beach, cruises, tailor-made trips, ski, tours, weddings and more.. I am very much looking forward to organising your next adventure and connecting with old and new clients along the way.

Great holidays and advice
Claire is always ready to help with every question you put to her how small or big makes sure she has covered all your questions things you might not be sure of she will find it out for you the right destination to suit all your needs traveling questions hotel questions resorts to suit everyone in the party and family even the silly questions we sometimes are worried about she will go that extra mile always….

Booked our holiday with Claire and can highly recommend, her years of experience is priceless.
Claire took the time to ask questions of what we were looking for to ensure she matched us with the right holiday and it worked a treat and had an amazing holiday. Quick response times during the booking process and also was very helpful in assisting with the additional items such as airport parking, insurance and ensuring we had all the relevant documents in place for Covid requirements

I have booked our family holiday for…
I have booked our family holiday for august 2023 with Claire, she came with a high recommendation from a friend and I have since recommended her to my friends who I am sure will also book their holidays too :) Holidays to me are vital, they give us an opportunity to switch off & spend proper time with our loved ones so putting my trust in someone to book this for me is quite big, I have always usually done it myself, but I will definitely use Claire again.

Claire was absolutely fantastic
Claire was absolutely fantastic. Always prompt in returning emails and answering any of my questions. I told Claire the sort of holiday I would like and she came back with great suggestions. I picked one of the holidays she suggested to Greece, , a singles holiday . Claire was so helpful, sometimes it’s difficult to know where to start organising a holiday. Claire did it all for me. Easy , quick and so helpful. I highly recommend Claire Titcombe.

Claire is amazing
Claire is amazing. This is the second time we have booked with her. Previously we booked our family holiday for June this year. We have now just booked our Honeymoon and nothing was too much trouble for Claire. Would definitely recommend booking with Claire and we will definitely be booking again with her in the near future.

Great service!

Claire has been great. She worked with us to try and find a holiday for a group of teens who wanted different things. Plus we couldn’t manage to count up successfully how many people were even going so lots of changes at the last minute 😂 - She dealt with everything so calmly, got us a great deal and is lovely. Difficult holiday search!
After months of trying to find the right holiday to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, Claire managed to find us the perfect holiday with all the extra we wanted to make it extra special! Claire is so efficient and has her client's best interests as her top priority. When we told Claire one set of flight times didn't suit our young children she came up trumps with some great flights that we hadn't seen ourselves! We'll now be flying from a local airport, with great flights, and for less money. What a gem!

Excellent Customer Service
I have been looking for a summer holiday for myself and two teenage daughters for a few months, but wasn't able to find the perfect match for our needs. I contacted Claire following a recommendation and i cant speak highly enough of her. I emailed her with my request and in a very short timescale, Claire replied with a choice of options. I did my usual trick of procrastinating and asked Claire for more options which she promptly supplied. I'm so happy and relieved to have booked a summer holiday that will suit each of us individually. Thanks Claire - fantastic customer service - we'll be back!!
