David was very helpful about my enquiry on my mother's phone bill and investigated very promptly about an 0845 number which turned out to be to the fall alarm company. He discussed with the company, registered the 0845 number to avoid future charges and reached a resolution about crediting the money to my mother.
I have made suggestions as to how Transparent Telecom and the fall alarm company can try to avoid this issue in future with other clients.

Transparent telecom offered me much better lower price £26 than my current all inclusive phone and broadband service provider £65. However after eventually on second attempt transferring across I noticed that monthly bills were £150 not £65 agreed. I contacted helpline and Sophie in call centre apologised and said it was because mobile phone calls were being charged and had not been set as included. She rectified that and said openreach had not been told to log service. I am happy with her sorting the problem at that point but I am still very out of pocket about £500 due to the overcharging. She apologised but said the company could not refund this. This is my third attempt to submit this review as each time I do so on my iPhone and change to get the code to validate my trust pilot account I lose the review

Sophie was very helpful and polite on the phone when I spoke to her and got everything sorted for me. I am sorry I don’t remember the date of our call x

Spoke to Liana regarding a change of details very helpful and all sorted I didn't have to be transferred to another colleague and have to go through the procedure again

The support technician Ryan was very helpful by checking when the fault occurred and letting me know when open reach would resolve the problem with a time scale for resolution. Can't fault the service Ryan provided and appreciated the call back the following day to ensure the service was back up and running. Good work Ryan. Open - Reach could do better. Thank you Ryan.
