To start, the products are amazing! Best creatine. It’s worth the extra price. The whey protein tastes great and mixes perfectly in a blender! Had an accidental order to the wrong house a they responded quick and solved my problem!! Highly recommend.

Customer service agent Reilly was so helpful in fixing my issue unfortunately I had a batch that didn’t have a stay fresh pack and the powder had gotten all clumpy but without a problem she replaced it even gave me a different flavor to try. Excellent great tasting products, the BEST customer service!

I have been loving their products so far , as well as their generous sample packages, so after I wasted my pre workout, I wanted to tap in with their “lean pre workout” , unfortunately it seems to have gotten lost after the winter storm but one of their customer service representatives “Patrick” , helped me instantly sent a replacement with expedited shipping and said if the original still arrives I can keep both!

1) Products are of the highest quality, all thoroughly tested. Protein powders have been my go to and every flavor is delicious (oatmeal chocolate chip!)
2) Very clearly communicated purpose for each product
3) Last, but for me must importantly, is their customer service. I had a delivery issue that I reached out to the team about and they handled it with expedience and trust in a way that I neither expected or could hope for.

High quality products made by a high quality company with a team of truly caring individuals. Could not recommend their products enough!

I really like the creatine with HMB, it’s a great product and I can see the results. Also, customer care is very responsive and do an excellent job of handling issues, I’m looking forward to continuing with TL.

When I had a question about one of my products, customer service went above and beyond to get a new product for me. I don’t know how big or small Transparent Labs is, but they act like a small company treating every customer like their opinions and needs are valid and heard.

This past week has been filled with customer service nightmares and battles with insurance agencies and other businesses. It was such a surprise and a breath of fresh air that Transparent accommodated my request immediately, going above and beyond my original request. Very appreciative of a quality, healthy product and a company with caring, excellent customer service!

I’ve been a consumer since 2020, loved the products then & love them now.

Recently faced an issue with some creatine (purchased at another grocery store) & the support team was prompt & offered multiple options to correct the issue.

Helpful customer service. This company takes pride in their product

I just changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star.
Although my initial experience was disappointing, Transparent Labs made things right for me. I understand problems can, and will happen. It is extra frustrating when a company does nothing to rectify the situation.
In this case Transparent Labs, stepped up to the plate and did what a reputable company would do and took care of the issue. For that I am thankful.
I hope one day I can give a five star. I highly suggest they streamline their shipping process and give the customer an avenue to track their order and provide an easier means of communication when there is an issue.
I love the product.

Order placed and paid for in full. Order has not been delivered. I never received a tracking number or any kind of shipping update.After inquiring several times I received one email stating shipment was held up as one of the products ordered was out of stock. I was never notified as such. I had to find that out on my own. I responded that I would take a different flavor and to please ship my order. I still have not received my order.
I have left multiple voice messages with no return call. I have sent several emails since with no answers. This is terrible customer service. It’s too bad because I do like the product, but I will be looking elsewhere for my supplements.
As of now, I have no idea if my order is on its way or if they even intend on shipping. Terrible customer service.
