After a successful acquistion of the company in Jan 2011 by brothers Steven and Richard Warwick, the company was moved again to the outskirts of Portsmouth on the South Coast and has experienced dramatic growth, culminating in the launch of a brand new web-site and an expansion in its range of products from 4,500 to over 40,000 products. Despite the current difficult economic climate Transparent has continued to enjoy success and growth over the past 12 months making us well placed to continuing offer great value and service to our customers throughout 2012 and beyond. All was fine with this order
All was fine with this order. The display came quickly and was found to be well protected and in good condition. The only concern was that the site talks about next day delivery - so it was expected, but then there was no confirmation from the courier that it was in transit and would arrive. I am very happy with the service received.

Poor customer service
I received goods (IT cabinet) with missing parts from Transparent, it's been impossible to engage with them regarding returning the goods or sending the missing parts. I have tried to call and email several times.
Very disappointed as left with a cabinet I can't use.

Bought a Bluetooth music receiver
Bought a Bluetooth music receiver from them for a customer as it was the best price around and they were in stock. Haven't heard of any issues with the product yet so hope all is well.
Goods despatched within 3 working days of the order and received quickly after that.

Excellent Service!
This was our first time using Transparent Communications. I work for a primary school and I needed a laptop lock and wasn't sure which one was suitable for my particular laptop.
I spoke to Amy, who was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction. We also purchased some printer ink. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent.
We will definitely be ordering from them again.
