10.07.2026 missing withdrawal
On July 10, 2026, I requested a withdrawal from my account via a refund to my Visa card, in accordance with my previous deposit. On July 11, 2026, I received a portion of the withdrawal.
After 10 days, I still have not received the remaining balance.
Tradin support is telling me to wait 21 business days. However, Tradin is unable to explain why I need to wait 21 business days—the specific clause they refer me to actually states it should take just a few business days.
Furthermore, Tradin is unable to provide the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), which every settled transaction has. Instead of providing the ARN, they simply tell me to wait 21 days.
Trading also refuses to disclose who the payment processor is, which prevents me from resolving the issue directly with them.
Tradin has instructed me to contact my bank (as the card issuer). My bank states that the standard refund time for Visa cards is 1–5 business days, which aligns with Visa's own guidelines. Both my bank and Visa have advised me to contact Trading to obtain the ARN.
In summary: Trading refuses to provide the ARN because they don’t have it and instead insists that I wait 21 days.
When I ask why I have to wait 21 days and request the legal basis for this, support simply closes my chat.

Please note that the 3–21 day processing timeframe is not determined by Tradin but by the payment processor and your bank. Once a withdrawal has been successfully processed from our side, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends entirely on the processing times of your credit card/debit card provider and the receiving bank.
Your withdrawal was processed on the same day it was requested, which can also be verified through your Tradin dashboard. From our side, the payment has been completed and released successfully.
Any remaining processing time is dependent on the financial institutions involved in handling the transaction. We kindly ask for your patience while they complete their internal procedures and make the funds available in your account.
If you have not received the funds within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your card provider or receiving bank directly, as they will be able to provide further details regarding the transaction status on their end.
We appreciate your understanding and patience, and please be assured that the withdrawal process has been completed from our side as required.

Misleading "100% Deposit Bonus"
I deposited $150 because Tradin advertised a 100% Deposit Bonus, which gave the clear impression that I would have approximately $300 of usable trading capital.
After losing only $163.90, my account was completely wiped out.
Support later explained that the "100% Deposit Bonus" is not additional trading capital. It is only a non-loseable margin booster that is removed once your own equity reaches a certain threshold. In other words, the account displays double the funds, but you cannot actually use the full displayed amount to absorb trading losses.
Although this mechanism exists in their Terms & Conditions, it is not made clear in the promotion itself. A reasonable trader would understand a "100% Deposit Bonus" to mean their available trading capital has doubled. That is not how this promotion works.
I contacted support several times requesting a detailed explanation and a goodwill review. Every response pointed me back to the Terms & Conditions, and they ultimately confirmed that their decision was final and would not even be escalated to senior management or compliance.
If you're considering this broker, read every clause of the bonus terms before depositing. Do not assume that a 100% Deposit Bonus means you can actually trade with double the loss-absorbing capital. My experience left me feeling that the promotion created expectations that were very different from how it actually operated. I cannot recommend Tradin based on this experience.

My review was never about whether these terms exist. I acknowledge that the Terms and Conditions describe how the bonus operates.
My concern is that advertising it simply as a "100% Deposit Bonus" creates the reasonable expectation that a trader has doubled their usable loss-absorbing trading capital. Only after my account was closed did I learn that the bonus is merely a margin booster that is removed once my own equity is depleted.
In my case, I deposited $150 and my account displayed approximately $300. However, after only $163.90 in losses, the account was closed because the bonus was removed. That experience is the basis of my review.
I believe your marketing should make the true nature of the bonus much clearer upfront so that traders understand that the displayed balance does not represent additional capital that can absorb trading losses. My review reflects my genuine experience, and I hope it helps other traders make a fully informed decision before depositing.

Please note that the deposit bonus is provided as a margin booster and is a non-withdrawable bonus. This means that when you make a deposit, you receive an additional 100% deposit bonus, effectively doubling your available margin for trading purposes.
However, please understand that this bonus does not represent additional withdrawable capital. The bonus is intended solely to increase your trading margin and provide additional flexibility while trading.
Please also note that upon your first withdrawal request, the deposit bonus will be removed, as the bonus is not eligible for withdrawal. This is part of the bonus conditions and is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Additionally, if your own deposited capital is lost, the credited bonus amount will be removed accordingly, as the bonus is linked to your deposited capital and is not considered additional funds.
We strongly encourage all traders to carefully review and understand the Terms and Conditions before trading on a Tradin account to ensure full awareness of the account features, rules, and requirements.
