Making a major purchase, like a kitchen, from an internet company is always going to be a little daunting. From the start Chris Walsh was always responsive to my (many) questions and helped with the design of a custom oven unit.
My wife and I spent many hours refining the design and eventually took the plunge with TradeSave Kitchens.
The units arrived in good order and we spent extra on delivery to ensure that the units were manhandled into the kitchen space.
I fitted all the units myself and was impressed with the quality of the rigid units and Blum fittings. The doors and drawer fronts arrived individually wrapped. The hinge holes were all drilled but the drawer fronts required fitting and reference to the appropriate Blum instructions was required as drilling is necessary.
We are delighted with the finished result and our kitchen looks stunning. I have no hesitation in recommending TradeSave Kitchens and would like to thank Chris for his support and patience.

I can not praise this company enough! Especially Chris! From start to finish the customer service has been excellent and the quality of the kitchen is beyond compare.
It’s quite daunting buying such a large purchase from the internet but from my first phone call with Chris, all my anxiousness disappeared straight away.
I designed my kitchen from scratch myself (with no experience) and Chris went through my order and plans and checked everything for me. He put right the elements that I had missed or got wrong.... he certainly knows his job!
Once the kitchen had been ordered and in production, I had unforeseen circumstances with my boiler and the design needed changing slightly – Chris sorted all this out for me and it was no problem at all.
The delivery arrived promptly on the day I had asked for it. The units were ready assembled and solidly built. Everything was there and in perfect condition. The quality is second to none.
The first joiner I had employed myself was unfortunately a cowboy and cut certain panels wrong.... One phone call to Chris and he sorted replacements out for me.... once again absolutely no problem.
The kitchen is now completely finished and looks a million dollars!...... and at a fraction of the cost of buying it from a ‘high street’ kitchen company.
I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend Trade Save Kitchens to anyone who is planning a new kitchen and repeating myself again..... I really can not praise them enough!!!
Chris has looked after me from start to finish and has been so helpful ( and patient!) every time I had a question..... and I had many! Nothing was ever too much trouble.
And because of him and Trade Save Kitchens I now have my perfect dream kitchen!!!!!

having spent a nightmare year waiting for Wren to install my kitchen and ultimately having it removed due to poor quality materials and workmanship it was a pleasure to deal with a company which takes pride in their product and customer service. From initial contact to delivery of the kitchen the company were a pleasure to deal with and they were very patient and fully understood our concerns following our nightmare with Wren kitchens. The goods were ordered and delivered with no damage to any of the components and any installation queries we had were promptly dealt with

Brilliant service. No problems with ordering just one item. The item I wanted was not in stock but they sent me a larger one, which could be cut down, without charging me extra. Absolutely recommend this company.

The product was received in perfect condition and I would use tradesave again. The unfortunate part was there was a mix-up over delivery and it was delivered to the billing address instead of the delivery address.

My Remo high gloss kitchen doors arrived promptly and were extremely well packaged. The communication throughout was excellent, and the doors themselves look and feel top quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to use trade save kitchens again for my next project.

I was pretty nervous about ordering a kitchen online but really liked the range offered by Trade Save Kitchens. With some help from the fitters measuring up, and loads of help from Chris at Trade Save to make sure I was ordering all the correct materials, I now have a beautiful, well made kitchen and dining area. Communication regarding the order was really good throughout and the delivery was as planned with everything in great condition. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality kitchen.
