I want to share my concerning experience with Trademark League to help others make an informed decision when considering their services for trademark registration. Based on my interactions with the company, I faced several issues throughout the trademarking process that not only left me frustrated but also questioning their reliability and professionalism.
Here’s what happened:
I initially hired Trademark League under a fixed-price agreement for their “premium package,” which they assured would cover the trademarking process from start to finish, including handling any complications that might arise. I clarified the terms multiple times before proceeding, trusting that the process would be managed as promised.
Several months into the process, I was contacted regarding a discrepancy, which I believe stemmed from their oversight. Trademark League requested additional fees to resolve the issue—fees that were not part of our original agreement. I expressed my concerns and made it clear that I considered this request a breach of contract and intended to cancel the agreement. At that point, Trademark League assured me that they would handle the matter at no extra cost, so I reluctantly chose to continue.
Later in the process, I was informed that my trademark application required filing in four classes with the USPTO. Confused, I sought clarification on whether filing under all four classes was truly necessary. Trademark League repeatedly assured me that it was, so I proceeded and paid an additional $1,400 in fees for them to file under those classes.
Several months later, believing the process was nearing completion, I was shocked to learn that my trademark application had been rejected by the USPTO. Upon further investigation, it became clear that only two of the four classes had been registered, and one of those classes had been misclassified into an unrelated category. This filing error played a significant role in the rejection of my application. To correct the issue, Trademark League requested an additional $1,700—fees they expected me to pay to fix a mistake caused by their own negligence.
At this point, my trust in Trademark League had completely eroded. Frustrated and disappointed, I chose to terminate my relationship with them and formally requested a full refund due to their repeated failures and lack of accountability.
Trademark League responded by referring my case to an attorney named Johanna Pierce. While the attorney offered me a 50% refund, I felt that the extensive issues caused by Trademark League and the additional expenses I incurred warranted a full refund. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter amicably, after over a month of follow-up communications, I have not received any further updates or responses from them.
Following my decision to disengage from Trademark League, I hired a new company to assist with the trademark registration process. After reviewing my application, the new company determined that filing in four classes was unnecessary. Only one class was required—a conclusion that directly contradicted Trademark League’s assertion. Additionally, the new company confirmed that filing inconsistencies and errors contributed to the rejection of my trademark application, further highlighting Trademark League’s lack of expertise in managing my case.

Trademark leagues is a good and genuine company, I am saying all this after availing copyright registration services for my book. At first I was worried about the 1 star review a person saying they ask for more and more money, but I found nothing like that. The final amount I paid them was same as the one they told me before starting the process. Sometimes its the misunderstanding or miscommunication from the client side too, which is fact and understandable..

Whatever it is... Well in my case I found them good and genuine, and worthy of what their prices are.

I contacted Trademark leagues for my clothing brand name registration after I saw an Ad on Facebook. It was urgent, and they registered my trademark name in a short time, perfectly, without much effort from my side. Their packages were affordable (44$ service and 350$ Gov fee), the team was supportive, they guided me properly about why trademark registration is important, and I came to know that I have to register my logo too. I will look forward to doing it through them again.

Very dishonest not a trustworthy company scam out of my money I highly do not recommend this business. And the other person that commented said they are very pushy is correct and they do not tell you the total cost they are always adding and threatening if you do not pay then everything that you paid for will be null and void.

This company refused to refund my money and later fabricated claims that they had made efforts to resolve my concerns after I posted a review on Trustpilot. Their so-called "resolution efforts" were nothing more than scare tactics claiming that my trademark application was at risk of non-compliance or jeopardy intended to pressure me into paying additional fees.
At one point, they even misrepresented themselves as another legal entity in what appeared to be an attempt to manipulate me into further payments. Thankfully, I quickly recognized these tactics and avoided falling victim again. However, the experience left me questioning the legitimacy of their operations as a whole. Even the names associated with their team and communications seem questionable, raising concerns about the authenticity of their business.
Another red flag is their suspiciously generic five-star reviews, which often lack detail and are posted by accounts with no other reviews. These generic reviews stand in stark contrast to the detailed critical reviews, which appear to reflect genuine experiences but are often flagged and removed. My initial review was flagged multiple times, but I was persistent in ensuring it remained visible to warn others of these questionable practices.
Trademark League’s actions are deeply concerning, and I urge anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise protecting your finances and intellectual property by avoiding this company altogether.
Lastly, I encourage Trustpilot to open an investigation into Trademark League’s business practices and the authenticity of its reviews. Maintaining transparency and accountability on the platform is crucial for helping users make informed decisions and ensuring that consumers are not misled by potentially fraudulent organizations. They have the best team with years of experience. I was very impressed with the initial conversation, as they don't charge additionally for monitoring services which other companies do and they also have an in-house business development consultation team who guided me and helped me a lot and there is no extra fee for that as well!

My IP officer was Mike Daniel. He explained the complete process and also helped me in selecting and finalising my logo as I was confused with 4 different drafts. Apart from him, there was this lady Cynthia who was the assigned case filing attorney on my application, she was also very professional.

I did lost my contact with the people that helped me get my legal signature artist name, I got completely ghosted and at that time I saw this company's ad and I asked them if my name has been trademarked under my name or not but as expected that scam company scammed me and I went again with Mike Daniel from this company and I was amazed how smooth it is literally to get your thing secure.
