Easy ordering process. Bought a mix of products (sheets and slabs insulation) to insulate a wooden garden office. Great price and quality products! I would definitely recommend this supplier. A+

I run a roofing company and have never experienced anything like this trying to get my order delivered.
Had a call from someone in the office saying they can’t leave the delivery on my drive even with my consent. I then asked if it’s ok if my neighbour signs for it, they said it’s fine but refused to knock on her door which is literally 3 meters from my house.
He instantly started talking about a failed delivery charge and became argumentative and unreasonable.
They have now charged me for a failed delivery of £120 and are now charging me to cancel my order which I didn’t want to do but they won’t offer me a rough time slot.
The order itself was only £250
They’re unprofessional con artist.

Thank you for your review.
We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your delivery experience. However, we feel it is important to clarify the circumstances surrounding your order.
The delivery was arranged for the address provided, but unfortunately no one was present to receive the goods. Whilst you subsequently requested that the materials be left without a signature, our Terms and Conditions clearly state that we cannot leave orders unattended without proof of receipt. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and our business from potential loss, damage, or disputes.
When the option of a neighbour signing for the delivery was discussed, our driver was already on site and operating to a scheduled delivery route. It is not company policy to approach multiple neighbouring properties seeking someone willing to accept responsibility for a delivery, particularly in areas where security and liability considerations must be taken into account.
Our team made every effort to explain the available options and the consequences of a failed delivery, including the charges that apply, which are outlined prior to purchase. Unfortunately, the conversation became difficult due to the manner in which our staff were spoken to, despite them attempting to assist and find a suitable solution.
We reject the suggestion that we are "con artists." The delivery and cancellation charges applied are standard charges that are clearly set out in our Terms and Conditions and are applied consistently to all customers.
We value all customer feedback and always strive to provide a professional service. However, we also expect our staff and drivers to be treated with the same respect they extend to our customers.
Good delivery, on time & decent price

Outstanding 5‑Star Service from Trade Insulations Ltd
My recent experience with Trade Insulations Ltd was exceptional from start to finish, and they fully deserve a 5‑star rating across customer service, delivery, and timber quality. From the moment I placed my order, the team’s professionalism and friendliness stood out. Their customer service team answered every question quickly and clearly, making the whole process smooth and stress‑free.
The delivery was equally impressive. My order arrived exactly when promised, with no delays or vague time windows. The driver was polite, careful, and clearly took pride in doing the job properly. Everything was unloaded safely, neatly, and without any damage — something many suppliers fail to get right.
The timber quality was outstanding. Every piece was straight, clean, and consistent, with no warping or defects. It’s obvious that Trade Insulations takes real care in selecting and supplying high‑grade materials. The timber I received was far better than what I’ve had from larger, well‑known suppliers.
Overall, Trade Insulations Ltd delivered a flawless experience. Reliable communication, punctual delivery, and excellent materials make them a company I will absolutely use again. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality and professionalism.
