The ordering system was clear.
Prices were competitive.
Delivery date was kept.
Driver was helpful.
And importantly Phoebe phoned me to ask if I was willing to do a customer review, not just presented with one as with some companies.
Would use again!

Contact details are not clear as we found when our order was short. However the shortfall was quickly sorted when it was raised and the products were keenly priced

Inadequate communications.
Initial order made online seemed ok then zero follow up to say when delivery would come. Further comms hopeless. Absent a telephone line to chase up and clarify points missing on website. Will not use again.

Hi Hugh,
We were genuinely surprised to see your 1-star review, especially given that you had previously confirmed that you were completely happy with your order.
My manager has reviewed the job and the communication surrounding it, and the situation appears quite different from the impression your review gives. From our records, everything was satisfactory until you later asked one of our team members to place an order on your behalf because you were unable to do so yourself.
We’re always happy to help customers where we can, but it’s rather disappointing to see our business receive a 1-star review when the service itself was apparently satisfactory and the issue seems to have arisen simply because we couldn’t accommodate what you subsequently wanted.
We pride ourselves on providing a good service, so if there was a genuine problem with your order or our service, we would have expected you to raise it with us so we could address it. Instead, it appears that because you didn’t get the outcome you wanted, leaving a 1-star review was the chosen response.
We’re happy to stand by the service we provided, but we also believe reviews should reflect the actual customer experience rather than frustration over an outcome that wasn’t what was wanted.
Great condition and great price
Arrived quickly. Perfect condition items. Protected well. Delivery driver very friendly and put them exactly where I wanted them
