I recently passed an evaluation and received a funded account. After making $4,500 in profit, I experienced a $5,000 loss from the peak, which resulted in an immediate account breach.

On the rules dashboard, the rule is stated as "5% trailing (closed balance)". The term "closed balance" is ambiguous and misleading to consumers, as it easily leads traders to believe the calculation is based on the End of Day (EOD) daily closing balance rather than a real-time trailing threshold based on closed trades.

While trailing drawdowns are a standard mechanic, the phrasing used on the platform lacks clarity. Prop firms should explicitly label this as "Real-Time Closed Trade Trailing" or clarify that it is not an EOD rule to prevent misleading users about how their risk limits are tracked.

The best propfirm i have ever seen whether its futures or forex now. there was a problem i faced when i held trade over market close and due to spread it hit stoploss and made a loss and i wasnt aware it happens but they went one step further and reimbursed the loss back into my account and customer service was helpful and professional and this guy oscar helped me thank you tradeify

It's not upto the mark. By the time of NFP news, XAUUSD got frozen for 15min and on weekend crypto charts are not working, I have holding by the time of NFP news and btcusd trades on weekend. Who is responsible for loss. If you are not ready don't come to the market. Even I can't able to release support from discord and website chat aswell. Very horrible.

I paid $102 to open my first account to trade forex and my account remained disable because they claimed they i tried to bypass the US eligibility restriction. I have dual citizenship of the US and Nigeria. I stay in both locations through out the year. So how am i by passing eligibility if i am a legal citizen of both countries? Makes no sense. Support told me the account will remain disable and so that means i lost my $102 because i have dual citizenship. When has it become a crime or illegal to have dual citizen. it's more like me trying to open a US bank account get declined because i am Nigerian and vice versa.
