Knowledgeable advice. Patient with questions. Installation complete in two long days. Provided design and system appropriate to property. All debris and old kit cleared. Tidy and complete work. Complete paperwork. Helped with liaising with energy company to get best rate for new system. Worked to quote and clearly takes pride in his work.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from TPS Plumbing – went above and beyond
TPS Plumbing were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They replaced our broken-down wall boiler with a new unit, carried out a full system flush, and kept us informed throughout the whole process.
What really impressed me was their attitude and determination to get everything working properly. Despite several blockages in the system causing delays and extra work, they didn’t cut corners or walk away — they stayed on site until the heating and hot water were fully up and running as they should be.
Professional, reliable, tidy, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. Thank you TPS Plumbing — outstanding service and very well done. Highly recommended.
• It was agreed TPS would install a wet room in my home
• Budget agreed
• Paid £2800 in advance of the work starting
• TPS couldn’t come because his cat was sick, next time he had to take his wife to hospital, then the next time his daughter was sick, then the next time he was sick…. really?
• Eventually agreed work should start Tuesday nonetheless turned up Thursday
• A member of this firm was on site that Thursday
• Didn’t see anyone Friday and did not answer phone calls, where are you, what’s happening and when are you coming.
• Same member turned up on Monday, I asked him very politely to remove his dirty boots before walking up my sandy colour stair carpet
• Next thing I have an aggressive phone call from the boss saying he wasn’t going to work for people like me and wouldn’t give me a refund of my deposit. Didn’t extend the courtesy of coming to talk to me to try to resolve matters
• Relieved to receive £2000 refund, although quite out of pocket.
• I was left with a shower room which was totally unusable and most of the materials from the bathroom were left in my bedroom and the front drive of my house. I had to pay another contractor to remove it.
• As a widow rising 80 years of age, I then had to start looking for another contractor to complete the project.
• It took two and a half months to get my wet room completed during which time I was without this shower/wet room, and I was unable to use my bedroom either.
• I can only speak as I find the whole experience was extremely unpleasant. Such unprofessional service!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, and we’d like to clarify a few details.
The start dates were agreed before work began, and we kept you updated at each stage.
A partial refund was issued because some work had already been completed.
You asked us not to leave waste materials outside, as you preferred your neighbour not to see that work was being carried out, and you also requested that dust sheets not be used on the stairs due to safety concerns. We respected both requests, though they did create some limitations.
For clarity, there was no issue with a cat as I don’t have a cat. And at no point was I aggressive over the phone — professionalism is always my priority.
We regret that the project didn’t work out as you had hoped and that it caused you stress. We have never as a company walked away from a job in 16 years of trading. While we feel we acted in line with your requests and circumstances, we sincerely wish you the best moving forward.
Tom and the team were absolutely first class. They designed and completely renovated an en suite-taking into account all the things I wanted (no matter how difficult my custom glass shelves in an alcove were!). New walls, moved a doorway, electrics, tiling, decorating as well as the plumbing.
They were so lovely, super tidy and always punctual -and came in on budget!
They did such a good job that I then got them to completely re-do the other (main) bathroom where they uncovered-but more importantly dealt with-a huge leak from another property and took the walls right back to repair.
Both bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous and 6 months on still look perfect (with no snagging problems!). But what was also important was how helpful and can-do the whole team were. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this company. A fantastic service, from start to finish.
I'm looking forward to having them back for my en-suite at a later date.
Tom and his team did an excellent job, which included installing a new boiler, radiators and converting a utility room into a separate cloakroom/wc. They went above and beyond – nothing was too much trouble. We can thoroughly recommend TPS and will be using them for all our plumbing and heating needs in the future.
