After a very difficult experience with a previous motorhome purchase elsewhere, I was understandably cautious when looking for our next motorhome. From the very first phone call through to collection, TMC Motorhomes completely restored my faith.

On arrival, a member of staff was waiting to greet us and immediately made us feel welcome. The handover lasted around an hour and a half, and I can honestly say it was the most thorough handover I’ve ever experienced. Every single feature of the motorhome was demonstrated and explained, with nothing rushed or overlooked. Every question we asked was answered professionally and honestly.

The paperwork was absolutely first class. Full service history, habitation reports, manuals and documentation were all present. Even small details, such as supplying spare trim caps for the interior screw covers, showed just how much attention they pay to their customers.

One thing that really stood out was that the remaining Roller Team warranty was transferred into our name there and then, and our email address was added to their system so we’ll automatically receive reminders when future habitation services are due. It’s little touches like this that separate an average dealer from an excellent one.

Throughout the whole process, we never felt under pressure. The staff were patient, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted us to be completely happy before leaving.

Buying a motorhome is a significant investment, and after our previous experience I was inspecting everything very carefully. TMC welcomed that and were happy to answer every question we had.

I honestly cannot recommend TMC Motorhomes highly enough. Their professionalism, honesty and customer service have been exceptional from start to finish. If you’re considering buying a motorhome, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I regularly take my car to Tottington Motors for servicing, MOTs and general maintenance. They're reliable, professional and I always trust their advice.

TMC have been servicing my motorhome for several years now. They have been extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend them

My MOT expired on a Monday at midnight and TMC where so accommodating letting me drop my car off the following morning and managed to squeeze it in for a MOT.
Staff were friendly and very pleasant.
Would highly recommend.

My wife took her Corsa in for its annual service and MOT. - Also asked if they'd find out what was causing the annoying 'clonking' (from 'somewhere underneath'). Turned out to be a broken spring. (Damn potholes!) All fixed and ready on time. We've been using 'Totty Motors' for years. Always helpful and reliable!

I would like to highly recommend tottinton motor company Jason, Greg, Jay, and the team . We bought a new motorhome from this company and can't recommend them enough . When we bought it there was a few issues but they went over and above on rectifying them for us we can't thank them enough for being so professional and helpful even the compassion they gave us with our disabled son , never once have we been felt a burden on them , even on hand when there was technical difficulties and was walked through things step by step to fix over the phone, if you are thinking about using this company you will not be disappointed. We as a family give a 12 out of 10 for this company, many thanks again ,we will use again .

Tottington motor company are a great family run business.and are easy to deal with I have no problem with this company.what I do have a problem with is I bought a brand new Ford transit based motorhome off them in 2024 it has been nothing but trouble since day one easily the worst purchase of my life .within the first six months I was getting recall letters for the chassis bending this was a bit worrying for me . I didn’t want to own a 7 metre long van that was bending .anyway it’s been parked up for ten months and now had a plate bolted in meanwhile the motorhome was damaged on both sides while the recall was carried out at a Ford approved garage any way I can sleep at night now cause I’ve sold it .lost 25grand and only covered 3500 miles so make sure you choose wisely people all the other makes should be ok thanks

Edit after your response - you have not addressed any of my issues in your response and also falsified your side of events. If you had taken the time to notice,all the vans had drop down beds which was our specific requirement so they were not completely different - I also had no problem with the vans being locked. However rather than trying to deal with the issues I have raised, you have instead simply responded with items that were nothing to do with my comments. My issue was your attitude and all you have managed to do in your comments is enhanced your lack of professionalism but also as you have brought another dealership into this it now shows your lack of integrity as well. As regards to Emm Bee if you had taken the time to call (which I know you did not) then they would have told you we have arranged to visit them at their NEC stand in October and we will also be speaking to them about your comments. I am sure they would not be happy about you incorrectly issuing statements that customers waited their time! Shame on you.

I would give no stars if available. We are looking for a motorhome and have done extensive research narrowing our list down to about 5 different styles (this has been with the assistance of other very helpful dealerships). We went to Tottingham as it had the T-Line 700 which is the van we are interested in purchasing. As we are cash buyers and looking to spend in the region of £70-80k we need to ensure that we have seen “all options available”. When we went to tottingham they dont have their vans open for you to browse so you are told to note the numbers in the van down and they will gladly open for you to view. I went back to the reception with 5 numbers of vans i wished to view and was met by the most obnoxious man who simply shouted “im not opening all them” and at that stage I had only told him three of the 5 numbers. I asked him why he refused to open them and he responded with “whats the point” - I said the point is - so that i can see if they are the correct van for us. He then started firing questions about what I was looking for. I told him i had done extensive research over a few months and armed with a spreadsheet told him how i had narrowed the search down. He then told me to wait outside and he would get some keys. After about 10 minutes another lovely younger chap came out who was very helpful and asked which vans i would like to see inside and he would get the keys, but alas i had already made the decision that this was not the place i would be spending my hard earned money. If this was the service before i had even purchased, what would the after sales be like? As this was the only dealer who sells the T-Line anywhere remotely near us, i would rather purchase a different make from a different dealership than purchase from Tottingtham. Youd be much better going round the corner to Emm Bee who are amazingly helpful and nothing too much trouble. I know who id rather buy from.

Myself and partner spent a long time researching the right motorhome.
After a couple of trips to Tottington Motors, we settles on a van, spoke to management and agreed a price and package. It was a challenge getting to this point in the first place.
Messages left, calls not returned, general disinterest (I should have seen the red flags)

Upon the point of paying the deposit, I was told there was an issue and someone would call me back. As usual, the call back didn't happen. I was then told the price had gone up by over 5k in the matter of 24hrs.

The response was blunt, rude and with a if you want the vehicle, you're going to have to pay the inflated price attitude. I'm actually glad this happened in hindsight, as we have found a vehicle elsewhere.

Buy from this company at your own risk, it all goes well until it doesn't, then they become rude, dismissive and uninterested. Do your research, read the reviews.

Outstanding customer service, from start to finish. I bought my dream VW camper van from TMC just before Christmas. We dealt with Gavin, and immediately knew we had come to the right place. He's our VW man now - his knowledge of vans and van life is fantastic. He was patient, answered all our questions, and no pressure.
Everything was explained to us at our pace, and we were given a full demo of the van and all it's features (the diesel heater is my favorite, kept me lovely and warm in the snowy Scottish mountains!)
The after care is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. I don't think I've ever been so well looked after! Cannot thank Gavin and the TMC team enough. Highly recommend

Took my MH in for a service and habitation check in 2022. Appalling level of customer service. When told they couldn’t fix defective screws on an air filter housing, I asked what should I do. Was told to call a mobile mechanic! The list of issues I asked them to fix was on the defects list on the service sheets when I came to collect the MH. Avoid

We bought a motorhome from TMC with the promise of quality service and support. they also said they would buy it back at anytime.

We have tried to sell it back within the first year with only 4000 miles on it and we were flatly refused

So my advise would be do not buy from them or believe anything they say

A first time experience in a Motorhome (even though I have towed before), it is a very different experince.

The Staff was very efficient and so helpful, upto driving off with the van.
The Motorhome itself was the latest Reg, with all the mod cons you would expect and More.

We visited Scotland for 9 days, from the far North and East to West coasts including the Isle of Skye.

Scotland is Gods Country, so beautiful and So Much to see.
In a Nutshell!, This was one of, if not the Best Holidays we have ever had!.

A credit to TMC for the luxuary of our Motorhome,which made our locations we visited so exceptional.

We would not hesitate to do it again, and recommend this type of holiday to everyone.
