Malcolm sorted my aerial today.
He booked the appointment with me direct and was really helpful. He turned up on time and has done an excellent job...I now have a TV that works for the first time in a month.
Very grateful to him.

As a result of a problem with BT I had an appointment with TSG made. The engineer was on time, careful and very knowledgeable.
Having described my fault he checked the existing apparatus and after a short time had understood then fixed the problem (caused by the BT "expert" failing to ask a pertinent question) Well done TSG E T Neal

Malcolm came to set up an aerial in our new build house. He then also helped us again a few days later setting up the BT Smart Hub 2.
On both occasions he was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, to be sure that we understood how everything worked. We would certainly recommend him very highly.

Very helpful and knowledge was solid. Came in checked the aerial signal and then traced back to the problem and sorted it efficiently. Andy retuned the TV and confirmed signal was 100%. Very easy to talk to so I understood more about the problem. I full appreciate the help and promptness in which they dealt with this. Thank you to BT for setting up the appointment for me they were as efficient and very supportive.

I have had a new Ariel installed today by Billy from TSG.
Total professional, perfect service, very efficient, very knowledgeable about product and installing Ariel and BT tv box's for new system.
Clean workmanship, wore overshoes on new carpet without having to be asked, no mess left everything clean, tidy and back in place, highly recommended.
Explained how to use equipment for new BT box's manner was friendly and polite, excellent customer service.
I can recommend this company as the service I have received from them has been excellent from booking, keeping me updated on times and installing the new equipment.

Craig rang in the morning first thing and arrived spot on the time arranged. He came to address wearing a mask , really polite . He checked the aerial , advised there was no need to fit a new one .
Altered wiring connections to a splitter box feeding 8 aerial points , checked the signal to all points . All now receiving excellent signals (Previously poor signal). I could immediately see the difference . Craig was really informative.
So refreshing to deal with a person so honest, polite and professional. Amazing service by Craig and TSG, thank you both.

Malcolm came to fit our TV aerial yesterday. It was a very windy day! He was excellent and efficient, friendly and helpful. He got the aerial up and working with our TV, showing me how everything worked.

Came out very quickly, pleasant efficient, timely antenna installation in Clifton, Beds. Transformed 4G mobile broadband.

The installation was fantastic. The company that does the installation let me know every step of the way what was happening with my appointment they told me date, sent me a confirmation and on the day sent the expected time of arrival. Work was neatly and professionally done. The engineer was mannerly polite and knowledgeable.
