My daughter purchased the Miller pave necklace £310 for me as a Christmas present early December 2023, it was delivered to my door by FedEx,my door is exposed to the road, know one in,so it was left on doorstep and taken, she wasn’t asked about specific delivery instructions and it obviously walked and since then I’ve been trying to resolve the matter, totally unhelpful customer service,I have rung every week until last week I got am email to say contact the bank in how my daughter paid as nothing they can do , not interested in helping resolve the matter , so be warned they wouldn’t contest FedEx and that’s about it so let alone no necklace and out of pocket by £310 absolutely disgusted with the so called customer service offered no compassion or compensation, I will never buy anything from Tory Burch again money oriented in my eyes no customer is always right

I have shopped Tory Burch for over 20 years. The last experience was enough to say good bye. I ordered travel flats from the private sale. They came sewn incorrectly and glued improperly under the sole. I sent pictures and called. I got a customer service rep that was just in a rush to get me off of the phone by the name of Nicole Long story short, a so called scheduled pickup was made 3 times and FedEx did not show. After 5 phone calls and 2 emails they finally got the box. It was after I requested to speak with a manager, that never picked up to call back. A FedEx driver finally showed up to get the box. You would think that’s where it ended, but it did not ! A FedEx driver showed up the following Monday to bring the box back to me undeliverable to Tory Burch.

I called to let them know. They blamed it all on FedEx. Instead of apologizing for the unreturned, phone calls the non-pick ups, the awful customer service, and the poor quality of the shoes,but everything was 100% not their fault. I could’ve done with the simple apology that did not put the blame somewhere else for the poor quality issue. The poor quality of customer service, and everything else that came along with it. They were so apathetic and unprofessional. I’m ok buying flats from Tieks. The customer service at the least is amazing 🤩.

Horrendous customer service Bought a belt for 240 pounds and less than a year later having only worn it 5 times the buckle broke I requested a new buckle, a repair or a replacement belt - they refused It’s a disgrace a belt that expensive should last a lifetime Will NEVER buy from them again Customer service just “computer say no” There is no service

Bad Customer Service and Pathetic Delivery

The item was not delivered even after multiple notifications that its delivered. CC rep was not at all helping the cause. Still did not receive the item. Hope they fix their deliver issues before they loose more customers.

Kundenservice bei Rückfragen sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, gibt einen auch Tipps. Half zudem bei einer Retoure. Rückerstattung des Artikels war ebenfalls komplikationslos.

J'ai acheté un sac sur le site officiel et j'ai reçu un emballage vide. Le service client m’a demandé des preuves pendant un process assez long. Pour obtenir un remboursement, j'ai dû effectuer de nombreux allers-retours, remplir une déclaration sur l'honneur attestant de la véracité de mes propos, remplir un formulaire pour l’entreprise de livraison choisie par story Burch et ce, sans aucune garantie de résultat. J'ai même dû menacer de recourir à des mesures plus sérieuses avant de pouvoir récupérer mon argent, un processus qui a pris deux mois. Et la réponse de la marque : "Nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée"!!!! 👌

The worst experience ever with customer service. Veho, who’s supposed to deliver my order, delivered it on the wrong address and claimed that it was my door. I provided pictures and all information for my door and they said that they’re not responsible for it. I was trying to contact them but obviously they have 1 customer service agent who can’t handle everything. If you’re planning to spend money and NEVER get your order, this is just the perfect place. I will never buy anything from this place again.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a bag on 31st December. It was supposed to deliver on 17th Jan but the delivery date kept changing. I kept chasing but they couldn’t give me a clear cut reply. Eventually they cancelled my order. Now waiting for the refund 😢

I ordered a handbag from the website on December 05/2023, until now I haven’t received it and I truly believed this is a scam website and please be careful to purchase it from them.

I unfortunately ordered a bag from you which despite waiting for a lot I never received it due to Fed Ex not delivering it. Everyday i would inquire about my order and fedex marked it as delivery attempted which was a big fat lie as other parcels were being delivered but not this one. I provided my phone number and extra instructions but still it wasn’t delivered. I finally had ro cancel it, since then I am waiting for my refund. I am being told by your customer service that I will be contacted once they have update although I have not been contacted. I was also told that once the bag will reach warehouse my refund will be generated and I will be updated via email.
All I can say is I ordered a bag which i never received, i wasn’t offered any compensation for it neither my money is being refunded and nor i am being updated. I was also told that my issue will be raised to the management again I have no update.

My sister ordered a wallet on line, the merchandise was delivered to the wrong address on December 16, 2023. I didn’t realize the wallet was delivered to the wrong address until my sister sent a picture of the porch that the package was delivered to. I contacted the delivery company ( Veho), they took full responsibility for delivering to the incorrect address and was told to reach out to the merchant. Contacted Tory Burch and was told that they could not refund the cost or replace the merchandise. I was told since my address didn’t exist, the delivery company delivered to an address that was close to mine. I have bought several items from Tory Burch in the past, they were always delivered to the correct address. I will NEVER buy from them again.

I placed 2 orders with Tory Burch but after placing the orders I read the reviews. I was really worried and wished I had read the reviews before placing my order. I got a confirmation email for my order. Both orders were shipped very quickly and I received my first order within a couple of days. The bag I ordered was beautiful and of high quality but there was no dust bag. So I reached out to TB and they were happy to send it out to me. I received my 2nd order very quickly too. I received the highest quality of customer service from TB and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

I bought my handbag two years ago via a wearhouse in the Netherlands. One gold ring that holds the whole bag together broke down and now the total bag falls apart. Not even the best cobbler in the Netherlands can repair it because it is such a specific ring that only TB could provide me. After weeks of calling and emailing and my question being escalated to higher management, TB chose to not send me the ring to repair my bag. They recommend to use another ring so that I can wear it again. While I mentionned that this is not possible. Believe me, I tried hard.

It’s a shame that due to one ring I have to throw my bag away of 500€. I cannot believe that this is what TB wants with their designer bags and still they choose for it. A cobbler can possibly fix the bag so that I can wear it, but the whole design of the bag is just gone, it doesn’t make sense. All the gold details will fall apart. The materials that they use are not made for longterm usage apparently.

It’s such a shame. I am verry dissapointed and I will nog recommend to buy TB to any friends or family. Never

I ordered a Christmas gift on 15th Dec with a 2-3 working days delivery promised.
Still not dispatched so have missed Christmas. I was promised a call back from customer service but no one rang or emailed.
The same thing happened to me in February 2022 so missed Valentine’s Day as well. This is an expensive brand and should do a lot better. I’m am never ordering again from Tory Burch.
I see they have many of the same bad reviews but they don’t seem to care

I have ordered from this company multiple times. This time my order was delivered to the wrong address by VEHO, their delivery company and all the Tory Burch customer service could say was they are not responsible for lost or misplaced deliveries. I will never order from Tory Burch again. They even refused to refund my money. I never got my merchandise from Tory Burch. I wonder if Tory knows about her horrible customer service agents and the God awful service the agents provide. I hope she gets a new delivery service soon.

Terrible Tory Burch customer and delivery service! First order made from this brand, however it turned out an awful experience. I made an online order for a hand bag recently but it was not delivered to my address despite them confirming that they had delivered it. The “signature” they sent to me as a “proof” is not my signature, not from family members and not anyone we know. I emailed this issue to Tory Burch customer service, they always quote the false message from their carriers and won’t take any investigation, they have repeatedly claimed that they won’t refund or re-ship. Awful service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a Tory Burch necklace after waiting a year for it to come back into stock. I checked each week because I was so in love with the design and how it looked. Five months in and it's already missing five diamonds. I HAVE WORN IT LESS THAN FIVE TIMES FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS ONLY. If I knew the quality was so cheap I would not have purchase it, especially for the price they ask. I could have gotten neckless with better value from amazon. Really, really disappointed.

I can not believe the quality of their products I bought a purse August 2022 , 3 months later I had to send it back for a repair, after 6 months the issue came back and even worse. I went to the store Carlsbad outlet and the manager said the warranty was over so they were not responsable anymore.
Same happened with a belt , the metal pin of the buckle broke and she said Tory Burch were not responsable for it ,

Ordered a pair of sandals which I never received and they would not give me a refund or send another pair. I wouldve never expected this from such a "big" name brand company. Will NEVER buy from them again. Customer service horrible as well.
