I bought the Covid antibody test. Communication was good and kit arrived the next day. Clear instructions and return envelope included. I got the results the day after I dispatched it in an encrypted email. Very professional service all round.

The clinical staff has done a thourough and fantastic job diagnosing whether i have covid-19 or not. The testing procedure was quick and the staff made a tremendous effort contacting me in order to keep patients well informed. Overall i like to say i am glad to have my PCR test done here, as the effort made by the staff could have helped me greatly in reuniting with my family back home.

I am very grateful for the services of Top Health Clinic. I found them to be highly reliable and efficient in what they do, of much relief to myself and my family. I used the Covid PCR service to detect whether I had the virus, which was a very swift and painless process. Packages for the test were delivered promptly, thanks to the fast track delivery service, and test results were provided within the respective 24-48hr durations, depending on your preferred package. I am also thankful for the considerate and professional staff that helped make the process all the more easier, comforting to know in such precarious times. I can't express what a gem this Clinic was to find. By far the best medical service i have ever recieved. I had to get a Covid-19 Medical Certificate for travel back home, and they came to my rescue. Needless to say, every penny spent was worth it given the quality of service. Not only was the entire process explained in such detail, by the staff go above and beyond to ensure you fully understand ; how the Clinic operates, what the test is for and how do it, how results are processed etc. I found the consultations before and after results extremely helpful and made to feel a lot more at ease during these stressful times. The reuslts are 99.9% accurrate, and one cant hope for better than that. Also appreciate the option to do self-testing or nurse visit. Think the clinic fits well to everyones preference. Special recommendations to Cath Ong who was my nurse through this process. Such a lovely soul, professional, down to earth and took such good care of me beyond what was required. If all nurses are as passionate as her, then this Clinic is setting high standards.
