All well organised and everything went to plan. A query before the service started was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Olivia Lindsay at Toomey, Southend.

Great experience.. Olivia was so friendly and helpful and I left with my car being fixed on the same day saving me a trip back.. fantastic service all round!!!

Dropped car off for a diagnostic on front calipers.I was dealt with by Jamie Barrett who amended work sheet when I told him what I was worried about (front calipers were getting very hot).Jamie was very courteous and helpful.
When I returned to pick up car he explained what had been found,apparently calipers were operating within specs so brakes were stripped and cleaned.
I know it sounds psychological but car felt smoother,braking felt more precise and when I arrived home I touched front discs and they were Luke warm.
So I am over the moon and feel more relaxed about driving and braking.

Had to take my car in due to an issue with the infotainment system. Arrived at 8am as soon as I walked in Olivia asked if she could help. She took my details and sorted out my courtesy car very quickly, which was appreciated. Olivia was friendly, helpful & attentive.

Bought a Hyundai Tucson from Toomey, Southend earlier this week. We had met with Bradley Isaac the previous week and had decided on the age/mileage etc. Bradley was brilliant in explaining the options and add ons with the vehicle and we were very satisfied with his level of service. After we had driven the car away he contacted us a few days later for a follow up conversation. All in all a very good purchase experience made all the easier by Bradley.
