Service from Tooled-Up was excellent
My purchases - both Black&Decker items - were very good value, delivered quickly in safe, appropriate packaging.
A highly recommended trading company.

Great service fast delivery thanks

Quick delivery and everything as expected

excellent quality batteries at a good price and quickly delivered. Highly recommend this seller and I will definitely use them again in the future

The website was easy to navigate and find the items I wanted, the ordering and paying process was simple and seamless. The goods arrived swiftly and safely.

Placed an order on Sunday afternoon. Delivery made Tuesday morning. Update emails received at frequent intervals. Competitive pricing. Plastic free packaging used for parcel.

On several orders delivery has been prompt and I was kept well informed over the process. In 1 instance a damage item was quickly replaced.

I ordered a saw on the website, very impressed with the service, fast delivery and a great price, would highly recommend

This is the first time I have used Tooled-Up. I found their price for my item to be very competetive and their service to be first class. They kept me updated from the moment I placed my order to when it was delivered. Without doubt I would highly recommend this company.

Purchased an Einhell cordless chainsaw. Very pleased with the item which arrived two days after ordering which was great as I’m in the Scottish Highlands and items can take a while to be delivered.
The item had a 15% discount which made it great value. Unfortunately I clicked straight to PayPal and the opportunity to apply the discount code at checkout was not available.
I emailed customer services and the next day 15% was refunded back to PayPal. Absolutely first class customer service. I would highly recommend and definately buy from them again.

The garden shredder I ordered arrived with a broken wheel but Tooled Up quickly responded when I contacted them and sent a replacement wheel. Much appreciated.

Really good value, really helpful with excellent comms and service. Must use again.

I ordered a garden rake, and paid slightly more for a good make. The bottom of the rake was well wrapped, the pole however was not protected at all. The rake had a 5 inch deep scrape to the top of the handle. Not impressed. Customer services were very efficient with emailed response offering £5 discount, which I accepted. I will not buy from tooled up again sadly, as I would not trust for the item to be delivered in good condition.

Excellent value and very quick dispatch. Great job.

Came very promptly and really pleased with the product

Fast dispatch, genuine product with a 3 year guarantee. Happy with everything.

Great price and very prompt delivery service would certainly order from this company again based on my experience

We've used the online service many times and always excellent. There's a good range of products at competitive prices. Order and delivery communication is spot on. Thank you

The Bosch strimmer is an excellent tool and the service we received from Tooledup was good old fashioned customers service which is second to none. Thank you. Great job.

Supply-chain problems meant my order took a lot longer to arrive than expected. But customer service was always responsive whenever I wrote for an update, and I was delighted with my tools when they finally did arrive.
