Tried several times contacting them on phone and email, I finally got through on phone and email, they told me my order was cancelled. They blatantly lied to me. Because they never issued a refund and shipped the item out anyway even after CANCELLING the order before it got shipped out. I also had to wait about a month, they had plenty of time to cancel my order and fix management issues. What I think happened here is once they got my card information, they were reluctant to get the money and scam me. It was 40 dollars for 2 lipglosses, and I knew that was such a waste of money but they clearly didn't care. They're liars and thiefs!

Ordered makeup set, charged £12 for delivery, which took 6 weeks! I regarlarly emailed customer services to check on my order delivery, cases were raised but not responded to. Will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered my item almost 2.5 weeks ago and it finally came in a beautiful packaging today! Thank you! I know shipping delays can be tough during the pandemic! But can you guys please limit your packaging even though it’s beautiful! Please try to be green! Thank you

Company deserves zero stars. I placed an order in early April, 2 weeks went by and no product. I emailed customer service and no response. I also called customer service and they said to keep waiting. I finally emailed headquarters and got an email that they cancelled my order. I wish that would be the end of everything. However, they have not issued my money back and it’s been almost 3 weeks since they cancelled my order on April 24th. They don’t respond to emails and when you call you get some excuse to keep waiting and you are put on hold with no real help. They take your money and run. I will never buy any of their products again even through Ulta or Sephora.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I placed my order on May 9th ($300). I can't get a response to the 4 emails I have sent. I spent over an hour on hold yesterday and finally had to hang up. I was able to get a customer service rep on the phone this morning after a 45 minute hold and he was rude and unhelpful. I will never purchase another Too Faced product.

Loved not only the product but the amazing customer service too. I would recommend too faced products to everyone. Cheers’

Ordered May 8th it’s the 19th my order says at warehouse I received ONE email from them stating that I won’t be billed until it ships but the money hasn’t JUST went through processing it’s already been taken out. They have taken the money, but I can’t seem to keep a customer representative on the phone more than 2 minutes after waiting nearly TWO hours on hold. At this point I just want a refund, but who knows how long any of that will take if I can’t speak to ANYONE. Don’t even bother emailing, that’s a joke. I hate that I love their foundation so much, but I have to find something else because I don’t even want to buy their products anywhere else now. This honestly feels like a bad break up for me.

Ordered April 29 and I have yet to receive any information on my order ! I contacted via email to them no ansrw ! It is may 18 and I haven’t received ANYTHING! This is by far worst I have ever dealt with when ordering makeup besides HUDA beauty ( the same ) !

I’ve ordered 1.5 weeks ago. No update no nothing. I called them emailed them no update. I’ll never be ordering again. Terrible customer service

I have been waiting for almost three weeks for the items I ordered. I do understand that things are tough right now with covid but they dont answer the phone and emails dont get a response. Other companies at least reach out to keep you updated. This is the first time I have orderdd from them and most likely the last. Very disappointed. At least a response would be nice.

I placed an order on 4-28, I have received two emails in regards to how satisfied I am with my product. However I never received my product. Nobody at the company has addressed my concern other than a email stating that soon as they ship my product out I will receive an email. It is now 5-12 and still no response to my concern no phone call and no product. I was able to order from two other companies after that date and received my products. I understand that with the covid 19 that delays with shipping are inevitable but I believe that this is a little bit too much. I will not be ordering my products from the company itself I do not like the way they handle their customers I don't feel that I was treated correctly. I do like the product line and I will order it elsewhere

Too Faced make-up is premium quality. My teen and I both, between us, have 7 of their eyeshadow palettes, 3 of their liquid lipsticks, 3 foundations, and a smattering of mascaras and individual shadows and highlighters.

We love the eyeshadows for their colors, pigmentation, smooth application and fragrance. I apply the shadow wet as liner, as well. They wear very well.

The just peachy foundations are light and smooth.

The liquid lipsticks are lovely in color and flavor.

Four stars instead of 5 because the mascara does not flatter either of us. Also the price is quite high... We buy when there are sales.

Overall, however, Too Faced can't be beat.

I am never going to purchase Too Faced cosmetics through their online website. My husband tried to order me a gift through their website for Valentine's Day. For several days, the status of the order was pending. Since there was no indication of the package being shipped, I kept checking my order status. FOR DAYS. Only a few weeks later, the status changed to cancelled. NO EMAIL NOTIFICATION of the change in my order. So I contacted customer service. Three different representatives contacted me, not one could provide me a straight answer. Now mind you, I did try to make the purchase with an international credit card, so this could be where the issues was. So TF had another sale on items mid-March and I thought I would try to re-order my desired items using a US credit card. The same BS happened AGAIN! Too Faced, you have really crossed the line at this point. I will be very happy to share my experiences with others to ensure that you don't get business in the future.

Strange, they don’t know the date of expiry of their products, so you don’t know how old is the stock you’re buying

This company is a rip off they will take your order never send you a email confirmation not tracking number nor will you receive your products and they will still charge your account and will provide you zero customer support. This company is a scam. I placed a order in November and never received any record of it and comes February I’m just being charged and all of a sudden there’s a record under my account information of the order and they will not provide me any help whatsoever. I’ll never order anything else nor will I ever recommend anyone else to do so. This company is a disgrace and should be ashamed of the way they do business. I’m my opinion it should be shut down completely.

Before today, this would have been a 5 star rating. I typically have been using LOTS of Too Faced products, think they are quality, and love them. BUT, I had been watching for the Valentine's day sale, and ordered online. It said there was a problem processing my order, try again, which I did...several times, using both PayPal and a credit card, with the same result--order can't be processed. I called customer service, and they said they can't take an order over the phone, try a different browser. Tried, no luck, so I tried my phone. Figuring the site was overwhelmed with the sale, I waited, then before trying again, I get an email from PayPal saying my order was pending. I check PayPal, only to find every single attempt plus some (?) is on there...14 charges in total! I call PayPal, and they can't remove it because it's pending, say to call Too Faced. I call Too Faced, and they say "OH, there's an issue with your Too Faced account. We can't tell you what it is, but you can't order from our site. We can have corporate call you and straighten it out if you want.", and that the charges would drop off when the order don't go through. Not true, bc an order I made last month and forgot about is still pending in PayPal. Waiting on corporate to call me. But, who has ever heard of such a thing!!!! A problem with my account they can't tell me about?????

I accidentally purchased two of the same product after not getting a confirmation page on the first order. This was placed within minutes of each other. After realizing this not minutes later, I emailed the company asking for a refund on one and to not ship it. They said no refunds could be given and I can return the product once I recieve it but will not get a refund on shipping. This seemed unfortunate since not minutes ago the order had been placed...
I finally recieved both packages. Neither had the "free" samples they promised at checkout. I once again emailed asking if I could at least get these since they couldnt cancel the one order and i wasnt going to pay for something to be shipped back to them, the money would be a wash. They asked to see pictures of the packaging and order confirmations before they would send anything. I am not one to try to get anything extra from a company.

I am sorely dissapointed in every interaction I have had with their customer care. I will not be buying anything from them.

I placed a order around Dec 25 when they had their 50% off sale. I spent over $120 and never got a confirmation email. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything I called them and they said they received my order and emailed me a order number. Another week went by and I emailed them and they didn't respond back. They took my money and never sent me anything it has been well over a month. They are not honest and reliable, and will not get back with you when you contact them. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

So I made a purchase back in September 19, money cleared and confirmation was sent, it took 2 weeks to get shipping confirmation where by which my order was displayed as ‘processing’, it stayed at this stage for weeks. After each week of waiting I sent an email asking why is my order not shipped, what was happening, where is it etc. No reply, nothing. Luckily I paid with PayPal so was able to claim the money back but it wasn’t until 11/11/19. Even after opening a dispute and formal complaint I have yet to receive ANY correspondence from too faced, I’m confident if I had not used PayPal I’d have no order and no money. I can almost accept bad or rude customer service but zero response is completely unacceptable.

Too faced goes behind the backs of makeup artists they are working with, black mails, lies and anything they can for money. Disgusting excuse for a company. You'd be better off buying your makeup from the dollar store.
