HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Buy the shirt and attempt to exchange but no shirt available to replace for over 30 days. CS tells me to return the shirt and wait for a sale to purchase again at the original sale price. Their customer service is a joke. There are better products out there and I encourage you to find them and reject this company.
Company said product could not be returned if package was opened
I ordered a bra and tried it on and wore it for about an hour and it became very uncomfortable and decided to return it. Their return/exchange page said it could not be returned if the package was opened. This is a ripoff. Not only will I never order from them again, I will express my displeasure to everyone I know.

I ordered there zip up bra. I used there size guide it was according to your bra size. I received item, it did not fit not even close. I exchanged it with no issue. Received my 2nd one still didn’t fit right. They will only allow 1 exchange then you have to pay to return item at your cost then order again. Poor customer service for the price of there items.
The product was uncomfortable
The product was uncomfortable. I purchased it relying on their guarantee of complete satisfaction. I called to return it and was told I'd have to pay for return shipping. When I told the representative that I was surprised and disappointed. I further told her that most companies would not require the customer to pay to send the return back to them. Her arrogant reply was, "We're not most companies". I suggest you avoid them.
Bait and switch
How dishonest to ship an item that is not the same SKU number as ordered and then tell me that it is the same item. I ordered 5 items from Tommie Copper online and one of the items shipped states "Walmart" and does not have the same sizing as ordered. I was told it is the same item. How would I know? I will never order another item from Tommie Copper.

I purchased a compression bra from a recommendation for $103. When it arrived I was highly disappointed at its lack of compression & support. When I requested a postage label I was told they charge $12.50 to email a label. On top of the $103 I paid for the bra? I took it to the post office & paid less than $6 to ship it back. That’s not how you get customers to come back. Brooks Running has higher quality clothing for lower prices.

I was looking forward to receiving my order, but then the support bra fit terribly, almost impossible to get on. Then discovered it cost $12.50 to return it. With initial cost of shipping, it cost me $22 in total to try on 1 item. Will NEVER EVER order a Tommie Copper product again. Big mistake. Live and learn.
They are crooks, sent order back and they lost it!!
I called sent back two order in one box in January. I called feb 5 and they confirmed they received both orders. I called feb 13, they said that it was in the warehouse and because of multiple items it takes longer. On March 4th, I called and they said they couldn't find either order, so they credited me for one invoice even though they couldn't find either, the other order didn't have one because the customer service said that I could put two orders in one to save the $12,50 in shipping. So now they credit me for the first order and not the second, I am out $116. They told me to go through my credit card company. Do not Order from this company, they are crooks. Unbelievable and they have no supervisor to talk to and hang up on me. I am soo unhappy I am writing a review in hopes others see it and dont order.

I returned the shirt and wanted to exchange for a larger size. They would not respond to my emails, phone calls. In fact, no one answers the phone. I ended up filing a complaint with the NY State Attorney General and finally they were able to force Tommie Copper to refund my money but they didn't refund the enitre amount. They said it was minus the shipping charges, which is bogus. I wouldn't order anything from this company. Their customer service is horrible and I've heard they were involved in a couple of lawsuits. This is a company in decline, Don't trust them.

I tried to change my order immediately following a mix-up, and it was impossible. I would have ordered two to make their minimum for free shipping. Now, I am stuck paying USD 99.00 to ship one tank top to Canada. This is no way to treat customers.
Size, and, charge for postage!
The “size” of article I bought according to their chart was way too small. Sent for a return, but they deducted the postage of USPS from the returnable credit amount.
I use to work for a bank, in business checking accounts. DOWNTOWN US National Bank, Portland, Or. So I know how the interest companies earn on amounts in their accounts are earned.

Ordered an items 3.5 weeks ago and have not received the item I ordered and paid for. Tried to contact DHL, TC's shipping partner, as I had received a "Delivery" notice. Not too sure where the package was delivered but it wasn't to my address. I did not receive any response from DHL so I am now trying to contact Tommie Copper. Been on hold for over 45 mins. & listening to the piano music loop is giving me a migraine.

Items were inferior and did not stand up to their advertising. Fit was loose and was not a posture shoulder bra as advertised. Very flimsy. They guarantee however fail to say YOU have to pay to return it if it is not right. I will not order from them again. It should be stated on the order form. Tried to call and hung up after 20 minutes of listening to music and getting no answer. Got an automated email in response to my email and they insisted I need to pay the return postage for the falsely advertised poor quality garment.
Poor quality product for knee sleeve
I bought knee sleeves and while I did measure my legs then bought the size the sizing chart on their web site recommended, the knee sleeve after three uses turned into a loose fitting sock. After 1st time it lost grip/tightness, 2nd time became loose and 3rd time would fall down off my knee. Disappointment with product quality.

Tried to change order due to mix up in online order. Could not change order even though e mailed right after order placed. Called next morning told could not change order. Would have to return item and place new order. Also would have to pay return shipping fee. They do not have a way to cancel order online if there's a problem. Quite disappointed in the outcome. Especially since this was first purchase. Spent 20 minutes on hold when calling customer service.
