Had it for one year, absolutely awful product and even their so called AI was useless. Didn’t use it.
That’s not the worst part , they send the renewal 2 months before but you have a 3 month notice period so they trick into renewing

I have always used Tolleys & recommended them to my patients. The service is first class and the staff incredibly helpful. Although now part of Harrold Opticians they maintain their very personal approach.
Buyer beware! I signed up for a 3 year contract for their online tax products, which I let run for an additional 2 years, then wanted to cancel. Apparently there is a 90 day cancellation notice period, that isn't even a rolling 90 day once you're outside the initial contract period, it's "inform us more than 90 days prior to the Annual Renewal day", or we will charge you for another 12 months. There have been no reminders of these terms, or mentions of service cancellation requirements on the annual invoices. I first signed up in 2021, and I can't even remember this clause. A lot happens in 5 years! I would strongly advise asking for this clause to be removed, before signing the contract, so that you don't find yourself with an unwanted fee, when you do eventually wish to leave them. The product is excellent, but I won't be using them again and would not recommend them for any small practitioner.
They recently decided not to publish pdf version of notes, instead ask student to export it in MyLivebook. However, the exported pdf has a big watermark of your own email address which is very annoying when you look at it. At least I find it very difficult for me to concentrate. I am irritated every time when I look at the pdf materials. The exported pdf also has issues with missing sections. They are not trying to help students.
What a horrible customer service.
I enrolled for CTA revision course, and they sent me email with no joining link.
I sent email and tried to call for help but the calls goes to voicemail and says it will be responded within 48 hours. My revision course already started and I am not sure where to get help from?
They provide 'professional course' but they are themselves so 'unprofessional'.
Feeling helpless!
Although this is a company providing professional tax training, the customer service is non existent. I wanted to purchase a course but there is no facility to pay. Contacted them via email but it took them a week to reply after I chased. Sent a second email with further queries but never received a reply. Called the number on their website but it just played music.
How can they expect anyone to purchase courses with them when they refuse to engage with the customer?
