TM Roofing provided a very professional service, those doing the work were very polite and helpful. The quality of the finished roof is excellent. We were even provided with photographic proof of the work done. We would happily use them again

We employed this company to provide a new roof and strengthen the existing roof structure. In addition, new guttering was installed together with the complete removal of a chimney. The work was carried out in a timely manner. The quality of the work was extremely good and we kept informed of their progress. The team were lovely, nothing was too much trouble for them. The worksite was left in a very clean state every night, they even swept our neighbours property. We are very pleased with the finished product and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. Thankyou TM Roofing.

I met a representative from the company at the house - they were clearly very knowledgeable about the work that was required and gave me the confidence that the scope being discussed was necessary. We discussed different options and they were very transparent in discussing the risks and benefits of adopting each approach.

Recently had works done on my leaking chimney.
I cannot say if the problem has been solved until we experience bad weather again, however it appears to be a good job so far. Work men were respectful and friendly. As it stands I would probably use the company again.
My only negative would be that the communication could be better.

Thomas came on same day I phoned for quotation to fix gutter bracket which was leaking, he repaired the leak on the same day ,he knew straight away how to fix the problem very efficient and done very good job.

A great experience from a trusted local company. The video survey highlighted the issue quickly, Tom and the lads were great and their scaffolding team were able to work around our access issue and get our problem sorted despite working over a large conservatory.

T M Roofing relaid our roof Spring 2022. We've had a number of issues with the service they provided - the main one - a leaking roof around the chimney breast in our bedroom since the work was completed despite completely stripping and relaying the roof. Then last year a further leak made itself known on the opposite wall where the neighbours chimney is. We never had these leaks prior to the work being carried out, we wouldn’t expect them either after the work which was carried out. A tile also slipped within a matter of weeks of the roof being relaid, they eventually returned to sort it, then it slipped AGAIN! They eventually returned to sort it once more. We've just had to pay out more than half what we paid T M roofing to another roofer to get this sorted. Tom failed to return any further messages or phone calls towards the end of 2023 despite water continuing to enter the property as soon as we had heavy rain, he was well aware too that the water was running down near a light switch. The other roofer we found completely stripped out the lead work / flashing T M Roofing did. Evidence was found and videod to show water had in fact been getting in behind the felt and flashing they'd done. We were appalled to find that they had left rubble and their own personal rubbish (babybel waxes!!!) under our new roof too (!!!) despite us being charged to have rubble removed from the site. They also tried to charge us for a skip which was never delivered, I had to raise this with them before paying the final invoice. We've had terrible rainfall since the new work was done, thankfully no rain / water has entered the property!

We left a review last September 2023 after Tom had continued to fail in rectifying the issues and continued to avoid communication on a number of occasions. He advised plenty of times that he would send people out and then never contacted us to arrange / no one would arrive. Whilst after much chasing he may have eventually sent some people out to try and solve these issues on a couple of occasions, the work carried out never resolved the problem.

He became adamant the chimneys were the issue, soaking in the rain water as it fell immediately kicking it out into the house… he finally sent his team round and they carried out extensive work to the chimney in september 2023. He reassured us that it would be sorted now … of course the next heavy down pour came and with it the water continued to come pouring through into our bedroom on the top floor. Sadly we had been naive enough to remove the first review at his request before we found this out.

It's very worrying having such a large and expensive job done on your house.
However, I needn't have worried as this team of very professional and polite roofers were 1st class in every aspect.
I would happily recommend them 100%.

Fixed roof. Still leaks, promised to come round numerous times to fix. One year later still leaks and has stopped answering phone and emails

The roofers working for this company were to a man pleasant and personable. So were the scaffolders. Clearly, the company erect scaffolding for the safety of those going on the roof which for me is a plus. Various tubes of a substance added to the mortar presumably to give it flexibility and stop it breaking up. Happy

Harvey was great to deal with - Tom talked the talk on the phone but then messed me about and constantly let me down. I certainly would not recommend TM roofing don’t be fooled by the fancy chat
