Took a long time but we’ll worth it! She loved it

While I waited very patiently my items finally arrived last week on or about the 30th of December! The outer envelop label clearly says priority mail, which I believe is what you paid for. I have saved the outer envelope and it states my home address of 22 Doane Rd here in Ware,MA 02082.
The items went through the postal service not FedEx or US.
If you are sending items Priority Mail it is not being treated that way!
I love the products and will try them on later today, it looks as if they will fit, and I should not have to return anything!

A little slow on delivery, didn’t know it was coming from over seas, missed Christmas.

Good and bad. My order was for a Christmas present that was supposed to deliver by 12-17. When it didn’t arrive, I sent a email and their response was well received. They followed up as promised and my order arrived on 12-29. Although it was after Christmas I was happy with their quick response and my wife loved her gift.

I really like seeing the variety of the womens clothing. The qua;ity of the product. I bought the clothing for myself and Christmas gifts. I wore them and washed them. No shrinkage or fading of products.

Wouldn't give a star to them if I didn't have to. They told me the product shipped on the 14th. When I pointed out the tracking said it didn't, they told me to be patient. We are not at day 16. They apparently finally shipped it out on the 28th. Their customer service is nonexistent. They just say to be patient. They do not explain why or how they have messed up the order, or provide any information other than "be patient". We all make mistakes, but this company does not provide prompt, honest answers to legitimate inquiries. Nothing about this experience has been pleasant. Being dismissed and lied to by a company is unacceptable. It is amazing that this company is still in business.

Shipped in timely manner and true to size

All 3 tops are beautiful and well made. Size small is generously cut. Shipping was faster than expected. I will return to buy more. Thank you and wishing you all a wonderful blessed New Year.

I love shopping at Tluse. Nice to know that I am buying Made In American and that part of the profits go to charity. The quality of the fabric is excellent and the designs are wonderful. Sometimes I have a difficult time picking which tops to buy. I am only disappointed that sometime some of the items do not ship as they are out of stock by the time my order is filled

The sweaters are beautiful and well-constructed

GREAT quality and the size chart is SPOT ON, I am very happy with the 2 dresses I received (PERFECT fit WITH POCKETS) and will likely be ordering more now that I know I can trust the size and quality of the product. I am NOT an online shopper, so this is a rave review from a newbie.

Excellent products. Material is soft and sizes are great. Even after washing they are as good as new. Only downfall is you want to order way in advance of wanting the item because it takes quite a while to get, but Tluse clothing is well worth the wait for a quality product. I have ordered twice and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Actually they don’t deserve a one star; however in order to write a review I had to give them one. Terrible costumer service . They will not return at all only if defective.

I had two items that I needed to return. Don’t buy from this company if you want to return items. You will be stuck with the item’s!…. They advertise that you can return item. There is NO SMOOTH RETURN. Because they are over sea’s they only want to give me a return of $14 & and keep items. My amount for each top was $40 each so total of $80 bucks!..

Shipment arrived as scheduled. My wife loved the tops. She got several compliments every time she wears them.

I love the sweater other than the weight...I thought it was going to be thicker. I still like it though.
