Nothing luxurious about this box. Very disappointed.
Besvarelse fra Tiny Box Company
Hi Sandra,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the box you received — that’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
The SQWH20 box is part of our luxury range, which refers to its rigid construction and smooth matte finish as shown in the product images. However, we completely understand that expectations can vary. Customer feedback is very important to us, and we are always open to ways we can improve our products.
We have reached out to you directly to gather a little more information, but haven’t yet received a response. If you’re happy to do so, please feel free to contact us at hello@tinyboxcompany.com with any further details or images, and we’ll be more than happy to look into this for you.
