When I reached out in January. I was told my order would be delivered in 4-6 weeks after payment. It came 9 weeks after payment and not only that but the communication was dreadful. I reached out over email on week 5 to see how it was coming along and if they had a delivery date in mind. I never got a response email. From that point on we had to call many times over several days to even talk to someone. We called over series of days to get the smallest of updates from they were waiting on a part, they were not quite sure what was happening to we were going to get it on the weekend of week 8 which on Monday we confirmed they had us mixed up with another customer and we had to wait again for a different delivery date. The product is well built but the communication is dreadful and we will never deal with this company again.

I have e mailed and sent messages to this company both directly to them and also via their e bay account and receive ZERO response.
I now have no faith at all in ordering two leather chairs from them as they can’t even be bothered to reply!!!
Avoid at all costs .

Fantastic service from Mehmet and colleagues. I had a king and queen chair that were last worked on - by myself and my father, nearly 40 years ago. Mehmet was unfailingly good to deal with, licked up and dropped off finished chairs and did a great job. Lovely new upholstery, but also small repairs, and very thorough clean and new casters - absolutely top job and actually a lot cheaper than other quotes I got. Totally deserves 5 stars!

We ordered a 1.6m high back leather booth seat as well as a 1.6m matching leather backless bench in a lovely light grey colour.
Carly couldn't have been more helpful right from the beginning and she also sent us several leather samples for us to look at before deciding on the shade. She also answered many emails and calls from me to help us with our specification, which we were grateful for. Carly also advised on the feet to choose from, the material at the back of the high bench and went above and beyond to help us with our choices.
We were able to have delivery of these benches before Christmas, which was perfect since we had family staying over.
The quality and comfort of these benches is second-to-none, especially having sat on other similar style benches in other showrooms that we found hard and uncomfortable.
A great price for professionally made benches and we appreciate the attention to detail.
We highly recommend this company that really provides a bespoke service tailored to our needs and to such high standards. It is apparent that the workmanship, quality of the build and leather is top notch.
Best decision we made using Timeless Sofas and we know the benches will last for years to come. Many thanks!

Booth bench ordered and received, loads of colours,sizes and different materials to choose from. Ordered over the phone very straightforward. Bench was delivered within 7 weeks plenty of time for Christmas.
No problems at all and so pleased with my order. Perfect!

We ordered a custom two piece, high bench seating for our garden bar.

The team were able to help and guide us through the options and choices, materials, heights and suggestions on materials for the exterior and over a period of a few weeks, they obtained samples of materials and then we decided on sizes and materials the team delivered our bespoke benches about 3 weeks later.

We had a great experience with Timeless Sofa,s from seeing their workshop where everything is hand made, to the individual design specific to what we wanted.
Detailed drawings were sent and finalised then through to the finished product, where pictures were sent for approval and then days later the new bespoke sofa arrived.
Top class quality and workmanship.

We are so pleased with our new café booth. It looks amazing and the customers always flock to the corner. We look forward to introducing more seating from Timeless like this for the future.

Corner unit for my bar. 1 year ago I bought a corner seating unit but recently decided I needed an extension piece. The original design had been discontinued but I was asked to provide sizes & pictures to try to match to the original piece.
The extension piece was delivered last week and it’s a perfect match!! Really happy with how it looks.

I found this company online randomly and took a chance on them - I am so happy I did! The process from start to finish was a positive one, the team were so helpful with the size and design, the price point was very reasonable and they kept me up to date throughout and the finished product is perfect! When looking for a centre piece for my new kitchen diner, I came across Timeless Sofas. They had many different types of booth I could choose from in a multitude of colours.
Well - I cannot tell you how blown away I am with the quality of my chosen kitchen booth. It looks amazing in place and is a real talking point. Great service and contact throughout. I would highly recommend this company.

Lee made me a bespoke banquet seat - he listened to what I wanted and advised me on how best to achieve it.
The result exceeded my expectations.

After being messed around by the other sofa company on my reviews I went round the corner to timeless sofas. Lee obviously knows what he’s talking about and ran us through prices for what we wanted for when we move house. He also offered us a deal we couldn’t refuse as a stop gap sofa so snatched his hand off. Lee kept in contact and told me delivery would be at 5:30 today. He hadn’t messaged all day and then ... the phone rings. He’s outside with the sofa. Honestly great company he’s running. The sofa feels quality made and looks fantastic. I’ll be back for the new house. Can’t recommend highly enough. 👍🏼

I found timeless sofas on eBay originally and then found this page and their website. From the moment I spoke with Lee the owner I knew that I had found an excellent craftsman.

His knowledge and attention to detail with our custom sofas was incredible. We were able to customise every detail and Lee's advise was invaluable. You will never get the same quality and service in a large chain and never for the reasonable pricing either.

Delivery was prompt and painless, all I can say is that from beginning to end it was a pleasure dealing with Lee and timeless sofas. I have given their details to a few friends and would recommend them to all I meet.
