In our large order we found three broken tiles. I got in touch and dealt with Misbah Jabeen who sorted the problem out. She was very professional in her dealings.

Didn’ like the driver leaving pallet at top of road as my husband and I are 83yrd and had to ask neighbors to bring to the house

Tilemountain themselves are fine as are products and pricing. But why they use a delivery firm stuck in the 90's is beyond me. No live tracking, am or pm slot only, long list of what they won't do etc, text messages that don't materialise when supposed to. Just really sub par delivery service and experience ruined by the carriers.

Great tiles but terrible delivery man who did not know location, demanded to be met downstairs and just complaint

I wanted to order three sample tile from the Tile Mountain but my browser wouldn’t let me. I went on to chat to Rabin Idees and advised me to use a different browser, as I’m not very tech savvy he has ordered them for me. Great service and looking forward to receiving my samples.
I have used the Tile Mountain previously and their service is excellent.

Honestly, I’m writing this out of frustration from the amount of emails that I’ve had asking to rate this company.

Firstly I ordered five radiators and randomly three turned up. I had to chase the other two a couple of days later which held my plumber up. They were kind enough to send it on a next day delivery which was fine but I was a little bit frustrated that I had to chase them despite when I ordered the radiator were showing as in stock online

I only ordered a sample but it came as informed when I decide to start the wall cladding I will definitely use Tile Mountain

Tiles where broken Iv sent pictures to urself last week and you have ask for more pictures

I stated my frustration in the email saying my wife is heavenly pregnant and this is now put massive delays on the renovation

Great company- delivered on time. One tile obviously broken before we had actually touched them - photographed and advised them. A few more broken ones found as tiling commenced but time mountain have arranged replacements very quickly

Sample tiles arrived quickly and with what they was & price written on the back. Couldn't ask for it to be simpler.

Floor tiles ordered and delivery scheduled for a Friday, haulage company rang Friday to say they had a problem so agreed to deliver on Saturday. Saturday nothing, numerous calls to both carrier and Tile Mountain but only received a call back mid afternoon to say will not be delivered and they would try for Monday but maybe Tuesday. What a total shambles. My opinion is do NOT order from Tile Mountain.
After contacting Mountain Warehouse They have done everything possible to put things right, customer service have been great cannot fault them. The tiles arrived and are better than expected, so shall be happy to place further orders with them.

I received the grey marble tile effect LVT, it’s got underlay on the bottom of each panel,
The flooring is very robust and high quality, the fitting was easy when you set it out correctly.
I was really impressed with this flooring snd I have now ordered the oak effect for my kitchen and dining room.
I have fitted all types of flooring through my career as a joiner and this is by a mile the best I have ever used,
10/10 for me!
