Great customer service from Tile Mountain. I realised we had to change an order before it was delivered. Misbah took my call promptly and sorted everything out with minimum of fuss by holding the order.

We have purchased two bathroom furniture suites through Bathroom mountain and now have returned to by tiling. We have been dealing with Misbah who has always gone that bit further to answer all our questions and i feel is a credit to what I always have found to be a the very helpful staff employed by this branch (Nottingham) .

Scott was very efficient and helpful. He kept me informed about the delivery and organised replacements for damaged tiles. They arrived extremely well packed and in good time. Delivery from order was quick and easy.

I had an issue with an order where the wrong tiles was sent out. I spoke with Kaz in customer services and she addressed the problem with in minuets and was very friendly and helpful.

Lovey sized samples sent through to help me make the decision on colour and texture.

Tiles are good, company is efficient, the tile delivery didn't go well at all, I ended up having to help the driver offload 1.3t of tiles by hand myself because the pallet couldn't be moved by his equipment. He wasn't best pleased and nor was I. That said they look nice and whist we had about 3 broken boxes I didn't bother getting them replaced (which I'm sure they would have done) and we seem to have enough.

Tile mountain is not set up to deal with an individual consumer. If your trade I'm sure they're great to work with but as an individual it's been extremely frustrating for the following reasons:

You can't do a store pickup so it's either spend over £300 to get free delivery or it's a £30 delivery charge. They then don't deliver to the door but just the kerbside. Whether on a pallet or not.

Ordering tile trim, there is a minimum order of five pieces (each price is 2m). I can't imagine many people need that much tile trim!!

You can't do a partial refund. You have to return the entire order. This isn't trying to return leftover tiles. This is they recommended you get a certain amount of adhesive. You don't need a whole other extra tub, but you can't return just that. So whatever you do don't rely on calculations! I would therefore recommend getting your additional items like tile trim, grout and adhesive etc from somewhere else.

The tiles themselves are really nice and were reasonably priced. But I don't think I would buy from here again.

Good quality and good price

I ordered 3 tile samples, 2 were free and I had to pay for the 3rd as it was a small tile and the whole tile was therefore sent. They arrived quickly, but the one I paid for was unfortunately chipped.

I ordered the wrong colour extra tiles to go with the 17sqm we had already ordered- so rang in a total panic and she sorted it straight away !

The shop on Edge Lane Liverpool were really helpful and sent a quote and explained the whole ordering process, plus the cost per tile as well as cost per m2 was helpful. The costs were very competative with quick delivery dates. Misbah in customer service was very quick and helpful when it came to arranging delivery too.

Sample tile delivery was prompt and followed up, but not constantly which was refreshing. The choice of products good but price was a major factor in the final decision. Confirmation of delivery timely and driver very helpful. Have concerns over condition of goods especially the 60x60 floor tiles as the last one which was not packaged has edge damage I have not checked any of the other floor tiles. Also a percentage of the wall tiles were not in a complete box this could have easily lead to external damage, fortunately that does not seem to be the case at the moment

Great team at the branch in Hull nothing is too much trouble for them ,fantastic advice helping us pick our tiles what would be right for us even cheaper than the ones we had picked now thats great customer service and they look fabulous
