Great Service
Spencer was very accommodating when arranging the booking to fit in with my kitchen work and installation. He worked really hard and did a great job cleaning the floor tiles, the grout and sealing the grout. He was happy to answer my questions and gave me advice on suitable cleaning materials for my floor tiles. I highly recommend the Tile Doctor.

Victorian tile floor looks as good as the day it was installed
12 years after installation, my Original Style tiles were looking quite tired and more than a bit grubby. I contacted tile doctor and Jason came by to take a look and provide a quote. We were able to schedule our cleaning two weeks later.
Jason arrived right on time and got right to work. By the end of the day our tile floor just as good as the day it was installed.

Mark did an excellent job
Mark did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to do a good job even coming for an extra day to make sure everything was completed as it should be. He was very professional and friendly and seemed to have a wealth of knowledge about tiles floors and their renovation. I would not hesitate to get him to do more work for me or to recommend him. Mark A job well done.

Kieron did an excellent job of cleaning and sealing the slate tiles in my kitchen which were in a terrible state!
He was helpful and friendly and took time to explain the processes involved, with good advice about aftercare.
I’m very pleased with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to other people.

Spencer could not have been more…
Spencer could not have been more helpful. He put himself out to come and look at a dirty stone fireplace to reassure me that he could clean it up. He did an excellent job, was punctual, hardworking and so polite that it was a pleasure to have him in the house. My wife and I would strongly recommend him.

Very happy
Looked around a few options and the Tile Doctor always came up. Looked at Kieron's passed work online and was very happy with what I had seen with very positive reviews. Couldn't fault the work that had been carried out and we are very pleased with the outcome. Kieron did a great job and even gave us some history on the tiles and colours used in the hallway. Would highly recommend.

Just what the doctor ordered
Stephen Carpenter is not only a skilled and knowledgeable professional who cared about the state of the tiles in my house and restored them but did so with a looming deadline for a sale completion and on a day he was planning a long weekend. Thank you so much. I learned a lot about the causes of the staining too.

Excellent Work
The work carried out by Mick was excellent.Throughout he acted in a professional and friendly manner.He explained exactly what he would be doing and the expected result.
The materials from Tile Doctor arrived very quickly after ordering with no problems.
The only reason for four rather than five stars was the overall cost.We were ,though, fully aware of this before ordering.
