What can I say ?. The guys on the truck were absolutely first class. They went above and beyond for us. Due to circumstances beyond there their control, they didn't get to us after lunch and didn't finish till 6pm. Brilliant.
However the only thing that spoilt the overall job was the lack of communication from their office. We were told they would turn up between 9.30-10am. We had to ring several times to get information. So marked them down for that.
But would use them again.

We recently had the pleasure of having the team at Tiger do our removals. It was a challenging day with our home items at different locations. However, this did not phase our removal team, Jamie, Ian and Scott one bit. From start to finish they were professional, courteous and hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble. It made what can be a stress filled day in to one that went like clockwork. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The guys were excellent!! They came early, they are very fast and clean. I firmly recommend Tiger removals.

The guys called me an hour or so before they were due to arrive to let me know their ETA.
They were very hard working, and took everything out of the house very quickly.

Sadly the completion on my new house took a couple of hours so the guys had to wait, but as soon as the completion went through they unloaded everything promptly and put things in the required rooms.

Would definitely recommend them as a removal firm.

Please avoid this company they are cowboys! They did nothing from what we had agreed, lots of damage, they didn't assemble properly the furniture and James kept asking during the moving process when is he going to get paid!! Totally unprofessional please avoid them for your own good

Unfortunately I booked their services, what a huge mistake. We got a quote for £1400 ( I have the email for proof), they came to the house, documented everything and even if it was bit expensive, we decided that we will go with them as it was sold to us as a "stress free". They had to pack everything from living room, kitchen and concervatory, disassemble all furtniture and reasseble back to the new house. Day before the move came for about two hours, packed the most ludicrous things, frouts and vegies, some bread and some tiny portion from the kitchen, and they left, moving day they came about 10 am, just two of them, no tools to disassemble the furniture, and with the small van. And all hell breaks loose, they were rushing everything, throwing staff in the van, complained that we didn't pack all our clothes-we were waiting for them to bring us the carboard hungars to move them-, they haven't packed anything else from downstairs, in the new house they started throwing things werever again- I asked them if they can to be carefull because the new carpet is light colour- now it is rubbish and I have to ask someone to clean it professionaly. Because we were part of a chain, we had to empty the house by dark, they said it is too much they wanted to stop about 4, 5 pm and return next day (new owners already said they would involve solicitors if we didn't empty the house and estate agents warned us that whatever left behind, probably will be forfited - at that point all my living room), convinved them to move everything today. They even asked more people to come, and at some point they were about 5 of them, I had to aske more friends and family to pop to help pack everything - including glassware at the last minute. They destroyed a desk, a (an expensive) painting, scrached my TV, at some point they were just throwing my staff in my garage, one of them was swaring at me ( he thought I wasn't paying attention), very many comments about everything, totallu unprofessional demenor, and the chery on top. They had to- at least- sort the beds out, small kids needs somewhere to sleep. they did so fake assembe, all of them wobbly, many screws and fixes missed, none of the mechanisms was working ( I had to pay another £80 for someone to come next day to sort them out). And in the end they did got more money out of us. Also they claimed that there was a loft that we didn't told them, they moved some christmas ornaments a christmas tree and some small bibs and bobs, all the rest I moved it with my car because "it wasn't part of the agreement", while they haven't delivered what they have been paid for - pack all from ground floor, and tidy up then in the new house. That's what I paid and I didn't get. It was a horrible mistake paying them, I would avoid them at all cost.

I wouldn't recommend Tigers Removals.
Before the day of the move, no problem.
The day before we received a call saying they'll be there 8-8.30, they showed up 9.30, rang the office to chase to find out where they were to be lied to saying "they're on your front"- in a patronising tone- at the same time having a call from the lads to say 15 minutes away.
Like some companies great before you pay then not so.
Paid for 3 lads-2 showed up, they worked hard, they asked for a few more lads that never showed.
If we move in the future we would NOT use Tigers.

They were both so helpful and very well mannered
Made the very stressful move a pleasure
Worked over the hours to ensure all was completed

Great organisation throughout from estimation, booking and getting the job done. We had an excellent team (Gavin, Dave and Luke) turn up, promptly loaded and delivered with minimum of fuss and no damage. We moved to a three story detached house and they expertly moved our belongings into the rooms identified. Would highly recommend this company.

Gavin and Jamie fantastic guys. I got a call on the Thursday and had a slot available on the Saturday. Were very professional and friendly. Would use again and recommend to friends and family.
Even came back once we had realised there were some missing legs for the bed and table.

Tigers Removals: Jamie and Scott moved my flat belongings this week across the country. They were very punctual and extremely efficient. A very professional service everything delivered as agreed. Highly recommend this company.

Luke, Ian and Jamie were absolute stars, very empathetic on what was a very stressful move. They were friendly, considerate, and put me and my wife at ease. Tiger Removals relocated us to a different town a few months ago and I am extremely disappointed in the service they provided. I’ve waited a while before leaving a review as it’s taken us a long time to unpack properly. The salesman was a little pushy and I saw the negative reviews but had a personal recommendation so gave them a chance – a decision I’m now regretting.
The lads on the day were great, they turned up on time, were friendly and helpful and all had a really positive attitude. However, I had boxes clearly labelled “car only, not for van” and “fragile, do not stack” but some of these ended up in the van and were packed in so tight they couldn’t be retrieved, but I was promised that they would be ok.
Our keys were delayed to near the end of the day so unloading was at pace, I noticed that things were just being dumped so I had to stand at the door and field the items into the right rooms. In the rush the walls were knocked and the wooden bannisters scraped quite badly, as we’re in a new build this was fixed for me but in any other house I would have had to repair the damage myself.
Since starting to unpack I’ve found lots of issues, the main bed has been damaged on the corner of the frame, an antique cupboard has damage to a door that looks like it was dropped, the carved wooden table looks like it’s been dragged across concrete as it’s all scratched on one side, a gloss wardrobe door has a scrape the full length on the bottom and I’ve found a few random breakages.
The final straw, though, was today when I opened one of the boxes marked “do not put in van” to find some of the contents smashed – these were irreplaceable items from my late Mother and to say I’m upset is an understatement.
If I had written this review on moving day they would have had 4 stars as the lads were great to work with but having had time to check everything and unpack I can’t give more than 1 star due to the amount of items that have been damaged, particularly when some items are of such great sentimental value and shouldn’t have been in the van!

Gavin and Luke were absolutely wonderful on our moving day. They were very supportive and understanding when things didn't go according to plan on the day and made a very stressful situation easier to handle. We would definitely recommend particularly if considering a cross country move like ourselves.

I have booked Tiger removals day before moving and they have been very efficient and professional company. They explained the whole process, looked at my property in the video and gave me fair price. Gav, Jamie and Ian arrived as agreed and moved all of my property with no problem, all items were moved to the right room and there was no damage to anything.
I have been very stressed on a day, but they have kept me calm and assured things will go smoothly and they did.

Excellent customer service from start to finish and great communication. Supplied boxes, wardrobe boxes and packing materials which was a huge help. Efficient on the day and a very pleasant team. Would recommend.
