I do not recommend this cattery
I do not recommend this cattery, and I wish I could give it zero stars. They lost our beloved family cat, Fizz, and she still hasn’t been found. To say that this has been an awful experience for my family would be an understatement.
Fizz, who had never been away from home before, was lost within just one week of staying here. Despite there being multiple doors between the enclosure and the outside, they told my family she managed to escape. It's clear that a tremendous amount of negligence went into them losing her.
If you care about your pets, I cannot recommend strongly enough that you avoid this establishment. It’s one thing for a cattery to fall short on amenities or customer service; it’s an entirely different matter to lose someone’s family member due to an extreme lack of care and attention.
To make matters worse, their recent responses have been dismissive and show a continued lack of accountability, adding further distress to an already painful experience. Their handling of this situation, both during and after, has been deeply disappointing.
