Wrong goods received at first but problem put right quickly.
Tiger Supplies sent me the wrong goods at first but, when they realized they had made a mistake, they sorted it quickly and they promptly despatched the correct goods to me without extra charge.
The items I bought, which are safety glasses cords, appear to be of good quality. Time will tell.

However, of course we need to look into this for you further to check why you have not received our email and we will contact you this morning to this regard.
